First and foremost, this has been the best crew of individuals within any letting agency I've ever worked with. The amount of care that I've seen displayed towards my landlord and what I have experienced has been truly outstanding and I genuinely appreciate it! Upon moving back to the UK, finding a house quick was immediately on the books for me. Lynsey and Abigail made it all possible with how effortless their approach was. They ensured I was taken care of the whole entire way, it's not the whole "get them in the house ASAP and then no follow up with communication" that some other letting agencies have within their staff. If there are any properties that you find interest in, that are let through IMS, don't think twice. Give them a call/email and reach out! Behind the busy business of property, the way that every single person in IMS carries themselves and how they treated me through out my moving experience absolutely solidifies how amazing of a team they actually are. All of their services provided have been stellar as well, there's no cutting corners/turning an eye to things within the staff as well which is wonderful to see! Very grateful to be letting through IMS.

Fantastic experience working with IMS. Lynsey has been wonderful taking the time to understand what sort of property I wanted to rent and then showing me suitable houses and taking time to explain and show the house and the area. Abigail has been wonderful helping and explaining with the admin for renting and answering my basic questions :-) and Abbi helping with the insurance. They have done this in amazing time, just over a week from seeing the house to moving in. Thank you so much for such brilliant service and your support.

Lynsey gave up her spare time over the weekend in order to allow me to view the property, she was very welcoming and provided great context on the surrounding area, as well as the property. Once the let had been agreed in principal, both Lynsey and Tracy were very helpful with documentation that needed to be provided and were available 24/7. I also managed to visit their new renovated office which is very warm and friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

I was pleasantly surprised by this agency how they processed everything, it was fast and with few hassles compared to other agencies I have dealt with. There's a particular kind of tedium…

There's a particular kind of tedium that comes with scheduling client calls, the back-and-forth emails, the time zone confusion, the "does Thursday at 3 work for you?" that somehow turns into a week-long thread. Calendly killed all of that. I send a link. Clients pick a slot. The meeting appears in both our calendars without another message exchanged. For anyone running consultations as a core part of their work, the time recovered is real and immediate. It sounds simple because it is, and that's exactly why it works. One of the quieter upgrades I've made to how I run my business.

Unavailable times showing as available

Unavailable times on my linked calendar are showing up as available on my calendly - and there is not adequate support information to figure out why the basics of the app are not working now. DOES NOT SYNC WITH OFFICE 365 even though they promote that they do, or other apps, according to other users and they don't tell you there are problems nor give tools for troublehsooting. My calendar is linked right according to the calendly interface, AND my calendar meetings are marked as "busy" so should not be showing up. CALENDLY IS INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT to use now and does not work now -- without hours of work to try to troubleshoot even basic functions. Looking at alternatives now. I've taken days to try to figure this out and the chat person offered no options to look at nor ideas other than checking to make sure my calendar events are "busy" not "free busy", which I had already ensured. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME and I do not trust this app enough to upgrade to advanced options. It is MUCH harder to use than when I used it for years previously and not worth the headache. They do not support their product adequately for basic core features like this.

Highly not recommended, get acuity instead.

Bought a year subscription, then spent over 2 weeks trying to create events but there was always an issue or bug that seemed to happen where multiple times would appear instead of one. Since it didn't worked chatted with the support, and told me that I was out of the window for a refund (but would not tell me when that actually was), then told me I would be contacted by email to get a prorated amount refund. I still have not received anything and the whole practice is super shady. I would highly recommend getting acuity instead. It is more expensive but way more user friendly and you don't have to deal with these issues.

STAY AWAY! THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THIS DIFFICULT APP!

I have tried to use this app for several years and have had nothing but problems. After spending hours learning how to use the app, I spent many more hours setting up my schedule and links. Once that was done, I lost my password and could not regain access to my account. The only thing that customer service could do was read from a script. They were unable to help me. After following their instructions to delete the account and start over, I had to start from scratch. If I cannot provide the credit card used or a copy of the invoice, they will not issue a refund. Because this was a company account, I did not have access to that information. Therefore, that money will be lost, and this service will be unavailable to me. I recommend you find a better service than this one.

Why would anyone use one of the other estate agents, charging a %? Working with IMS was a pleasure, not to mention friction free and great value. From an initial valuation from Lynsey back in Lockdown 1, going on the market as Lockdown 2 approached and completion in Lockdown 3 she and Danielle were great, getting our offer swiftly and within expectations. Lynsey reassured us as we tried to line up our new purchase as well - their knowledge of the sector is excellent. Holly did a great job of keeping us informed of progress, working closely with their recommended solicitor. Michelle was great navigating our way around the strange mortgage market as products were changing daily with the impact of COVID - totally understanding of what we wanted to do and advising us around the merits of porting/taking new products out. Last time we moved we said it was the last time, and we are saying that again now! However any mortgage needs we will be back to IMS - if we were still local we would be back for estate agency services too. Thank you all! What was a big scary process was made easy!
