Brilliant, professional as well as caring and friendly. They meet all your needs from letting to selling and buying. Michelle has a fantastic team working with her, and provides a whole service for buying and selling. I also used the solicitors they were able to quote on. Not only were they easy to use but highly competitive on price I would definitely use IMS in the future

Tried to login today - received the verification email either 1 hour later (after it expired) or never at all. Been trying all day - same result. Can't login. Opened a support incident - no help at all, still waiting for a response. Why would I choose to use this crap?

The first meeting with Lynsey during the viewing of property was the start! She was very sweet in explaining all the things about the property & tenancy during the viewing, she was patient enough to clarify our never ending questions and had them all answered with a smiling face. We can see how Customer/Client centric she is. An energetic and clear explanation from her gave the positive thought for us and after that it was all smooth. Tracy initiated the process and very helpful in sharing all the details for further processes, was patient enough to clear my queries and well timed response too. She also did required follow ups to make sure things were done on time. Right from viewing till the Agreement signing was done, it was all amazing. It was one of the smoothest viewings we had, I will definitely recommend IMS to my circle!!! :)

As a customer of IMS for the past year, I have had the pleasure of availing their services. When my rental contract ended, I had to look for a new place, but my experience with other estate agents in Bicester proved challenging. Despite encountering difficulties arranging viewings and getting proper answers to my questions, I persisted. Thankfully, I found a property being advertised by IMS. They promptly arranged a convenient viewing for me on a Saturday afternoon, which was much appreciated. Waste of time and money

Calendly worked fine until they started 'upgrading' the software. Now it's WAY to messy and complicated and nothing works. Classic case of software engineers adding new features and making 'improvements' just for the sake of it. Now I can't even generate a simple one-off invite with specific dates and times. Won't sync with iCal either.Spent hours with various agents on the Chat trying to fix it, to no avail.I'm out. Never again.

very user-unfriendly site…

Site is meant to also being used by users who are not IT staff. So not programming fool-proof and very userfriendly is Terrible programming! Some examples: (after this I closed the site to never come back again)* Telling people only lowercase characters are allowed? Do not mention it but correct the input in the programming. (User orientation is key here!)* Asking people for a URL whilst probably meaning a sub from there own URL? How confusing can you get! And b.t.w. throw a link to create the sub(dir) instead of telling people there is something wrong!This company does not think about end-users they think like nerdy programmers do!

Calendly is super easy to use, and it's setup is extremely organized and easy to understand. It properly helps you organize important events and doesn't make you feel bombarded or forgetful like traditional calendars. I use it to organize my business meetings or meetings with my clients. Each time I have something coming up it always reminds me in advance. It's super useful and I would highly recommend if you're super unorganized and forgetful like me.

Angel not Agent! Indescribable kindness and helpfulness! Because of change work place we had to move to Bicester worst Christmas time. After first quick contact Lynsey found time to show us flat and we fall in love! however we were so worried about this busy time… Lynsey gave us I think 110% of her time and involvement.
