Super glitchy. Sends some emails automatically with Teams links and others without. So I have no idea who has the relevant links until someone emails me to say they didn't get one. I have ended up emailing them to everyone again. A frustrating duplication.

TrustpilotUsed to be good, now a nightmare
Unbelievably frustrating and just not worth the trouble. Trying to log in and its forcing me to login using Google with no other options available. It then says my password is wrong (it absolutely isn't) and comes up in red click 'forgotten password' if you can't remember but then displays NO LINK TO ACTUALLY DO THIS!!!! Unbelievable that a company of this size, charging what they do can not even get the basic login user experience right.

It's cheap. You get what you pay for. Just like gsuite there's no support!!! It doesn't matter if my calendar says busy. Calandly still allows bookings on booked blocks. There's clearly not 2 way communication between it and Google calendar!!

GoogleI have rented a property through IMS. They were so efficient in dealing with any queries I had, all paperwork was explained fully and easy to complete. From point of viewing the property to me moving in was all done in 9 days. I would thoroughly recommend IMS to anyone renting/buying or selling a property. I don’t understand all the positive reviews? It’s a pain in the ass. It is slower than just sending someone an email with your availability, it adds work and complexity to an otherwise simple task. It is anti-productive - why are people using it?People giving it positive reviews, why? Is it actually saving you any time?

Absolute trash. The Optometry practice I work at uses this and it is utter rubbish to use! It's clunky, not user friendly, it doesn't sync with calendars properly so there are always conflicting or double bookings which ends up causing numerous complaints from patients. I would not recommend this as it is poorly written.

GoogleWant to say a big thank you to all the team at IMS Bicester. IMS have been taking care of our family and friends throughout the years with mortgages and life insurance. When it came to my wife and I starting to look at selling our home, we had no doubt who we were going to place our trust and confidence to get the job done. Lynsey came with a positive attitude and confidence at being able to sell our home. She did not fail and sold in record time after a small number of viewings. I felt very confident they would find the right person to help us get the quick sale we hoped for. This helped us be in a position to offer on our next venture and get the deal done. You always worry when it comes to the legal side of any deal to support the process. IMS took care of that and placed us with a great solicitors who were there when we needed them. Always approachable and at our call when needed. If you want the job done right IMS are definitely who you should approach with confidence and trust to know they won’t let you down. GoogleIMS have been fantastic from start to finish. Lynsey quickly helped us find the perfect house to rent. Lynsey's knowledge of the local area/property market was also excellent. Everyone we've interacted with at IMS was professional, easy and straightforward to deal with. IMS were helpful and responsive throughout and went above and beyond to ensure the whole process was smooth and efficient. Any questions were answered quickly, sometimes even well outside of normal office hours. I challenge you to find someone in the business more dedicated than Lynsey! I recommend IMS without hesitation.
