GoogleFull of praise for IMS. We are first time landlords and from the initial phone call to the successful letting of the property all of the IMS staff have always been friendly, efficient and professional. It has been hassle free for us and they have guided us through the process with minimal effort on our part. Based on our experience I would highly recommend them.

GoogleGreat customer service from start to finish when renting a property with IMS, in particular Sarah who was very helpful throughout the whole process. A massive contrast with the appalling experience with our previous letting agent Bannisters in Bicester. In short, IMS show a real awareness with their service levels during what can be a notoriously stressful time.

TrustpilotDon't Waste Your Money
It doesn't seem to work properly. I have had so many clients write to me to complain that it keeps crashing when they are trying to book. It seems impossible to take paypal deposits, i'm having to allow them to book for free which is very unhelpful! I have contacted Calendly to give them a chance to reply, but they didn't. Hence why I'm leaving this review!

It is not made clear to those outside the USA that this company is based in the USA and therefore the same conditions in force in the UK may be very different to those in the USA. This applies to legal documents such as WILLS. SO I would advise caution when using them for such purposes.

I feel it is now time to comment. WARNING this company allow their platform to deliver SPAM emails. I have never used or subscribed to anything they do but I have received so many SPAM emails that contain their links to products I have no interest in and never had. This is a SPAM web delivery service website.Everything goes straight into SPAM folder.Can't comment on their software but the fact that they have never responded to any negative reviews about their services etc. tells you all you need to know.

Calendly absolutely sucks. Their customer service is chat only. No phone number. I am sorry I paid for a year in full for a service I cannot and will not be using. They are thieves. Beware. Google Workspace does all calendly does and more. Forget this horrible company. Just look at the reviews.

I ended up with a free trial when I neither need nor requested one (fell into it while trying to accept an appointment). I then spent half an hour trying to extract myself from this with no help from anyone other than robots and repetitive advice. I was unable to get anyone to help or provide me with someone who could help properly. Disgraceful. Would never use or recommend!

Easy to use! Makes my life much easier by having clients and partners book meetings from one system! Calendly also connects to my personal calendars and blocks out available time that conflicts with my busy life. Their team has also been making pretty substantial product improvements this year.

TrustpilotWORST ZOMBIE HELP SYSTEM EVER!
If you want a system with the worst Help, get a Calendly account. In no time, you can start to experience extreme frustration dealing with a Chat bot that repeats the same questions over and over, like "what's your email address?" Or Send an email to their Help team and receive an overly enthusiastic but basically useless email reply. When you respond that it did not relate to your issue, let alone resolve it, expect another completely useless email from someone new telling you start the troubleshooting steps all over again - like you didn't do all that first. Do this on repeat for about 8 times, like it's Groundhog Day. It's truly maddening!! My query is not resolved after 8 emails to them over 2 weeks. I've asked for it to be escalated, and they have ignored me. I just get overly happy emails from someone new sending me links to tutorials to do troubleshooting steps I've done about 20 times already. Zombies - all of them!! No one knows anything except how to send scripted emails. I HATE CALENDLY

My advice is to use the free tier or look into better solutions. Calendly isn't worth paying for because they don't deliver on their promises.I genuinely like the interface and setup of Calendly, but I see no reason to go with a paid plan unless your needs are greater than my own. I only need one event and one calendar, so the free version is plenty.I signed up for a paid plan specifically due to their Google Analytics integration. I'd much rather let them handle tracking conversion events than going through the process of setting all of that up myself. It was the one feature that got me to sign up for a paid plan, and it doesn't work.At first, support was helpful and responsive when all they were doing is asking me to provide screenshots and info. But when it came time for them to provide a solution, they went silent. I repeatedly had to ask for updates, most of which consisted of blaming Google for their own lack of a response. They never took responsibility for the problem, though once I complained enough, they did refund half of my annual fee. Unfortunately, that small amount of money doesn't fix my issue. I won't be renewing.

GoogleHaving used IMS mortgage services already and being very impressed, it was an easy decision to rent my property with them also. I always receive professional and friendly service and feel like a valued client. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for anyone considering using a letting agent. Thanks Rupert

GoogleWe work alongside IMS Lettings to complete inventory reports and check outs. The team are always friendly, professional and have the answers to the questions we require to hand , which enables us complete the reports as accurately as possible for both tenant and landlord. It's great to work alongside them.

Today I got a message that my booking system was down. Instead of informing me that my live link was down calendly has just been letting the URL bounce for who knows how long because they wanted me to upgrade my plan. I have no idea how much money this cost me but I'll never recommend this service to anyone. Incredibly poor handling and I'll be sure to mention this at every Miami tech event I find myself at.
