Coming from a letting background I was prepared to go through the process of letting my house alone. However, a week after no enquires I was a little concerned. I had a call from Annie (Sparks) who very proactively had noticed my ad and offered her services (with viewings booked in for the very next day!). I immediately felt very well looked after and was very confident they would find a tenant with a minimal void period. Annie and her team have a fantastic feedback service where you are kept fully up to date with every viewing and the applicants thoughts on the house. I am delighted we now have a new tenant ready to move in and would not hesitate to use Chancellors again.

I recently used chancellors estate agents to move to one of there rented property’s. My dealing was with Declan Hartigan ,Who was very informed very helpful and welcoming. Very professional throughout the whole process keeping me informed with a personal touch. It's always a nice surprise when somebody remembers your name considering the amount of people they have to deal with. I would highly reccommend Chancellors in Bicester, i've rented property through lots of different agents but the service i received through Chancellors and in particular Annie Walsh was first class. I was never under pressure to commit to the property after the viewing and even though i constantly asked questions to Annie after the veiwing nothing was too much trouble and i always had a response very quickly. I will defiantly be using Chancellors again the future.

Chancellors lettings in Bicester offered an absolutely fantastic service right from the beginning; from inspecting the property, marketing it and finding the right tenants. Communication levels were always up to scratch. Annie was terrific at keeping business clear and concise, with no uninvited surprises, which I struggle to say about some other estate agents. I plan to continue to leave the property managed by Chancellors for many years to come. I take my hat off to Chancellors!

Me, my husband and our daughter just moved yesterday to our new flat. I can't belive all process was so quick and not as complicated as I first thought. Very special thanks to Nathan Tan, he was very patient and professional, he really supported us. He explained us everything, sometimes twice as we are not a native speakers ;). If you're a bit scared of all this "scary" agencies, forms, processes and other things that may seem to be complicated I can honestly recommend you chancellors and Nathan. Big thanks again!

What a pleasant experience! I went into the Henley branch and spoke to Jon, a very helpful employee for your Henley area. I needed some assistance in my property search and I was very impressed with your employees knowledge of the area, not only places/areas within my budget but also how close the houses were to everything else I would need to be around or near my new home, schools, shops etc! I'm in a bit of a rush as I am moving to the area for a job and knew nothing about Henley and surrounding suburbs. Whilst I was in the branch I was comfortable the whole time and did not feel pressured at all, which is refreshing for an estate agents! I left feeling like I had real direction on what was now within my means and will be back to arrange viewings next time I am in the area! A great experience overall!

Finally exchanged contracts wasn't the best experience many issues ! Not the fault of the Bicester team ! I would like to thank them for there hard work.. Vinny,Adam ,Ben and Tanya in particular who did a great job 'selling my house' thanks Tanya 😀 Once sold the process of reaching exchange is dealt with by staff in an office somewhere else ! This proved difficult when needing to speak to anyone as you had to go through a telephone operator who passed a message on for you to recieve a call back ! Not great at all ! Often long waits before getting a reply ! Thank you vinny for dealing with this I now look falward to moving into my new home

I found Chancellors one of the better estate agents that I have dealt with. After placing an inquiry online I was contacted very quickly by a polite, courteous and professional lady called Matilda. Not only was she warm and kind in both person and on the phone she really made an effort to understand what kind of property I was looking for and other requirements such as budget, location etc. We had 2 viewings lined up incredibly quickly. After viewing Matilda was very keen to hear our feedback both positive and negative and took our comments forward in being able to recommend further properties. Very helpful, professional and I genuinely felt listened to. I would recommend them very highly.
