GoogleWe chose Chancellors lettings department in Bicester to help find us a tenant for our 4 bedroom house as we are moving abroad. We had met with other agencies but chose Chancellors as, after having met Annie Sparks, we felt confident that the whole process would be handled efficiently and professionally. As soon as we made our decision to go with Chancellors, Annie sprung into action! She organised photos to be taken that week and our property was on the internet the very same day. Three days later, Annie had organised four viewings and we had some tenants by that evening! We were very happy with the service we receive and continue to receive. Annie has always been incredibly prompt with her responses, even replying at very anti social times and at weekends when we weren't expecting a response until the following Monday. Annie is very approachable, friendly and efficient. I would recommend her, and Chancellors, to anyone needing to find a tenant for their property.

GoogleI would like to thank Vinny Kumar and the team for arranging the sale of my house. It did not go as smoothly as one would have hoped the first time around as my buyer pulled out which meant I lost the house I wanted to buy and we were back to square one. However, there was one particular person, John Bouwer who I would like to single out as I can't thank him enough for his professionalism, friendliness and helpfullness as nothing was too much trouble. He's a great communicator and kept me up to date at all times with what was going on with my property and I was delighted when he found me another buyer, he often called late in the evening just to keep appraised of the situation and offered great support when things seemed to be stalling. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chancellors especially if you have someone like John working on your sale, as you know there will be a positive outcome. Thanks John for making it happen and I am now living in a lovely new home.

GoogleJohn Bouwer was our main agent throughout our house search. He was very friendly and helpful, always getting back to us if unable to take a call. He works harder and later than any estate agents I've met outside of London. We offered 3 times through him and finally got our property which completed today. He was very good about giving us enough time to do viewings and getting into the property during the buying process. I never felt that he gave up as soon as he had got the offer agreed. Thank you John - we are glad we found a property through you. We haven't seen another suitable one come up since.

GoogleAfter having been somewhat sceptical about the relentlessness of the sales approach I was eventually won over by the sheer tenacity of the team at Chancellors. Over the weeks I became increasingly impressed with the consistent feedback, which was better than I have ever received from any other estate or property agent in 25 years. Those succinct reports on each viewing was fundamental in navigating the market and so allowed me to make much more confident and informed decisions at every stage of the process. I am now a convert and would recommend Chancellors as a very efficient and effective organisation that get on with the job and drive through the barriers as they manifest. GoogleI have to say that Annie and the lettings team at Chancellors have exceeded expectations. Not having a load of faith of Estate Agents in this country, we embarked on letting our home. Annie was there whenever we needed her, and often when we left a message expecting that we wouldn't hear from her until the next working day, she was back to us before we could even think about it, re-assuring us that it would all be fine. The whole process, even with prospective tenant hic-ups, was as smooth as you could expect it to be - particularly at such a challenging time of the year. Thank you so much Chancellors Bicester - you have been fantastic, with extra special mention to Annie. Have a fabulous Christmas break everyone.

GoogleWhilst unfortunately we didn't end up buying a property with him (not John's fault but unfortunately that the house we wanted came up with someone else) John Bouwer was exceptional during our search. He was the only agent that would regularly call to let us know about new properties and actually understood our needs and desires whilst snot being afraid to make suggestions outside of this (whilst saying they were the same and accepting when we didn't wish to go with the same). Overall really satisfied with the service and just wished he had actually been selling the house we bought!!!

We had a lot of problems getting information from other agents in the area and Chancellors really know what they are doing - phone calls on time, email follow-ups, punctual and informative viewings and honest information about the area and the properties, not to mention providing us with properties that we were actually interested in rather than just sending us anything. Removed a lot of stress from the process and remained ever patient no matter how much I dilly-dallied about. Thank you again Ross - see you next time!

GoogleMy Partner and I have recently gone through the application process to rent our first property together - Annie Walsh and her team at Bicester have helped make this a stress-free process from the start. In comparison to other letting agents we both found that Chancellors, in particular Annie, was helpful, friendly and quick to give advice. We struggled to find a property with other agents that would let us bring our cat, but Annie bared this in mind and went above and beyond our expectations to meet our needs. I would strongly recommend their service.

GoogleWe both bought our house through Chancellors and now let it with them. I have experience of a number of letting agencies in the UK and Chancellors well exceed anything I have ever experienced. Annie is friendly, at all times 100% professional and goes out of her way to meet every wish and demand of Landlords. The organisation in terms of letting a property, inventory, communication, and care for the property is exceptional. We feel our house is in very safe hands and only wish there was a Chancellors in Northampton, where we have a house on long-term let. Unfortunately our experience with other agents there is nothing like Chancellors. Highly recommended and worth every penny of their fee.

GoogleComing from a letting background I was prepared to go through the process of letting my house alone. However, a week after no enquires I was a little concerned. I had a call from Annie (Sparks) who very proactively had noticed my ad and offered her services (with viewings booked in for the very next day!). I immediately felt very well looked after and was very confident they would find a tenant with a minimal void period. Annie and her team have a fantastic feedback service where you are kept fully up to date with every viewing and the applicants thoughts on the house. I am delighted we now have a new tenant ready to move in and would not hesitate to use Chancellors again.

GoogleThis was my first house purchase and I was very impressed with the service I received from Chancellors Bicester and, in particular, from Oliver. Oliver was extremely helpful, going out of his way to advise and take my own needs into account when recommending properties (rather than trying to fling me any property with the highest markup for them, like so many other agents do). Oliver would always call me back and was very proactive. I felt he was unbiased and very ethical. He mediated with the sellers and I am very happy with my purchase. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

GoogleI have never been spoken to so unkindly by a lettings manager! I decided I no longer wanted to rent out my house, but to live in it instead. Continued to barrage me with calls and emails checking to see if I still wanted to rent it out even after I asked him to stop. Then I was receiving phone calls and emails from someone else at Chancellors Bicester. I think they mustn't have enough work to keep them occupied...

GoogleOur house search has never been quicker! The process was very seamless with timely communication and feedback. Great service from Zsophia and Frankie who conducted our viewing. We appreciate your friendliness throughout the process. However, all this seemed to last only until we reached the signing of the contract. Can't speak about any hospitality or helpfulness after that with any of the queries we raised...perhaps it was all an act

FacebookWe just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!

GoogleFrom the very first contact with Chancellors the entire letting process was handled positively and efficiently. Our first meeting with Annie at the house was very informative and reassuring and both Annie and Laura were very quickly on the case to find suitable tenants which they did within a matter of days. We would highly recommend Chancellors not just for Annie and Laura's professionalism but also for the company's general handling of the paperwork - inventories/tenancy agreement etc.
