Just wanted to thank all the lettings team for their help and interest during and after our move into 25 Ardley Road, Fewcott. Annie has been a tower of strength with quick returns to any request. We have had to move from being home owners to tenants and being so new to renting it was a pleasure to have so much support and understanding of our position. We were impressed with all the team at Bicester as no matter who answered the phone (Lettings or Sales) we had a return call asap. Many many thanks Bill & Judy Bedding PS due to unforeseen circumstances we are moving on but once again Annie and the team have been excellent, many many thanks again Bill & Judy.

I'd just like to say a few words about the service we received from John Bouwer at Chancellor (though everyone we dealt with were extremely professional, helpful, efficient and friendly). John Bouwer was, by a country mile, better than nearly all the Estate agent staff I have dealt with on my last 4 house moves. He was proactive, intelligent, articulate, pragmatic. He said what he was going to do and then did it, which counted for a LOT. He was a good negotiator and also great advisor during the numerous false starts and messing about we received from our buyer. His work ethic was remarkable, often calling me late into the evening despite also being at work early. Both my wife and I were incredibly impressed by his integrity, openness, professionalism, courtesy, interest and enthusiasm. He helped to smooth a particularly laborious sale with many niggles and hassles. I can't thank him enough, and Chancellors are very lucky to have him.

I have used virtually all the estate agencies in the high street of Bicester and I have inadvertently left Chancellors last on my list. With hindsight, I can now say; that it was a big mistake. For twelve months I have kept swapping agencies from one to another hoping that the next one would do a better job than the previous one, but to no avail. Compared to the rest, Chancellors had quite unique ways of finding buyers and seeing the whole process through. All in all, I have had very few time wasters thanks to the stringent vetting process of buyers conducted by Chancellors with regards to affordability, especially when it comes to singling out potential buyers who were in a position to proceed with the purchase as opposed to the ones who just wanted to take a peek at what the property looked like from the inside. I have been kept informed throughout the process by Chancellors’ agents, by phone, text messages and emails. Feedback from viewers was always received for each and every viewing within a maximum period of 48 hours and without fail. My special thanks go to Vinny Kumar, the local Sales Manager who first visited our property back in late July and who highlighted to us the difference between Chancellors and the rest of the local agencies. He was so true to his words, they are world apart from their competitors. At Chancellors; they do not just advertise your property on their website or on some ‘Property For Sale’ portal, they do much more than that, they persevere and persist at finding you the right buyer and they eventually did and at the price we wanted within a matter of 60 days. Vinny is assisted by two young Sales Negotiators; Joseph Tustin and John Bouwer. Both Joseph and John were absolutely fantastic at their jobs, with a very professional approach to the way they conduct business both with the buyer and the seller. Thanks to both of you for all your efforts and your hard work. I have been so impressed with this team that my wife and I decided to buy the property we are downsizing to also with the help of Chancellors. It was a complete no brainer. Although we have access to our own legal team, we have also decided to use their legal and conveyancing department to complete this move, and so far so good, all legal procedures are being scrutinised and completed with military precision. I have therefore no hesitation in recommending Chancellors for anyone planning to purchase or sell a property in Bicester or the surrounding areas and would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone named above for all their efforts and an excellent job indeed.

A couple of years ago i decided to rent out my house. I used Chancellors purely because they had a let sign up in my street. Annie Walsh came to look at my house the day after i spoke to her and that afternoon had two viewings, both of whom wanted to rent my property. Impressive! Annie was also incredibly helpful with advice. As this was the first property i had let, i didnt have a clue as to my responsibilities and the procedure. We recently moved and John Bouwer was the person who sold our house. We found him to be very proactive - with numerous viewings lined up as soon as we instructed Chancellors and he provided very specific and honest feedback from the viewings. We were extremely happy to receive (and accept) an offer within the first week of marketing our house. Whilst we hope not to move any time soon, we would not hesitate to go back to Chancellors to sell our property - they were extremely helpful and professional.

I have recently rented a property through Chancellors and found the whole experience easy and enjoyable! This is the second property I have now rented through Chancellors Bicester and both times have been easy and hassle free. Annie is brilliant and has always been professional, helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond. Working full time and long hours Annie still managed to find times for us to view properties outside of her working hours.
