Proactive communication, good negotiation, felt like I was part of the team and nothing was too much trouble for Zsofia, Richard and the team. I had a great experience with Chancellors overall, it's a great relief when you have prompt responses from the team , all the responses are stored and the next agent knows what happened in the past and what is scheduled for the customers. Getting your House sold is a stressful event at the best of times, even when things go exactly as you planed. We had quite a few issues with various aspects of our house sale, which was further exacerbated because we were trying to sell from 200 miles away. However, Alistair and his team dealt with everything with an outstanding level of professionalism. The communication was faultless, issues were explained without over complication. Multiple members of their team took the time to discuss options with me and how we could deal with them. Then once I had made my decision it was acted on without delay. Having never met the team face to face as we had already moved, this was all done via phone and email. From the moment we instructed them, Chancellors exceeded all of our expectations. We used the Bicester branch of Chancellors, we had Dan as our agent who was selling our house for us, we sold our house in 18 days for the price that we wanted, unfortunately that buyer pulled out but ,Dan and the team had a new buyer in place within 2 days for the same asking price. We put our house on the market with Chancellors soon after lockdown finished and just after the stamp duty holiday was announced. Alistair gave us a sensible valuation, which although I thought was slightly optimistic, was matched with an offer within only a few weeks. Dan and Pharez were doing viewings, both really nice guys, quick to give good feedback and most importantly got the offers in. Then throughout the sale process we worked with Eve in progressions who was super helpful in moving things along with our buyer and their solicitors. Overall great service, couldn’t fault it and glad we went with Chancellors over all the other agents in Bicester.

We recently viewed a house that was on with Chancellors, and we were selling our house through Purple Bricks. We really liked the house and ours was not quite selling, so we agreed to list our house with Chancellors. Alistair came over, he was clear, open and honest, which we really liked and found refreshing, so we agreed to sign up. Our original Viewing of our now new home, was with Pharez. Pharez is really personable and well presented, and is a knowledgeable chap with a really likeable character. He communicates Very well, and does what he says he is going to do. Answered the questions that can be answered by him, the ones that needed to be asked to relative places, he found out and got back to us. Alistair and Dan have been fantastic from start to finish. We started with a different agent and didn't get anywhere and had very poor communication. With Chancellors it was the opposite, weekly updates with breakdown of stats and good contact with Dan throughout. I would highly recommend them. Everyone of the team that I had contact with gave a professional and helpful service. Dan was in contact with us during the sale process and even when the sale went through was there to help as and when I needed it. Could not fault them at all. Great team.

I have used Chancellors for a while now and there have been some ups and downs but I have found that when you develop a working relationship with a named individual it makes a real difference In particular, Shannon Seymour has done an amazing job in trying to résolve recent issues. She has liaised closely with the tenants, us and the contractors making sure issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. She is courteous and really helpful. I should add that Charmaine Smith was also great!!

Some Estate Agencies get a 'bad press' and possibly rightly so. I absolutely cannot say that about Alistair and his colleagues at the Bicester branch of Chancellors. From valuation to completion, Alistair and his colleagues managed the process with absolute professionalism and supported us through the challenging period of covid/lockdown. They absolutely understood we were not moving home for the fun of it (who on earth does?!) and the reasons why. We cannot recommend Alistair and his colleagues enough. 😀
