Lettings team at Welling very poor. As a landlord they left all the tenants checks until the last minute causing undue stress for me and the tenant. They fail to ring back numerous times and have poor communication in terms of taking action. Although they answer the phone promptly they don't take time to discuss things or give advice on the phone. I have switched agents and am astonished how much better the new letting agency is performing. I hope they improve their service. The online service for storing documents is very good and reminders are also good but let down by lack of support from the team.

I am so grateful to Robinson & Jackson Blackfen for their support & guidance throughout the sale process. I was impressed how quickly I received offers for the house & from then on the support was above & beyond my expectations. I had assumed once the offer was accepted, they would leave the solicitors to take over with me having to do any chasing myself. This was not the case at all. I was very grateful to receive weekly (sometimes more) updates from R&J & any queries I had were dealt with quickly & efficiently in a friendly manner. When potential issues with the buyer occurred, the staff resolved them to my satisfaction making me feel fully supported by them. I highly recommend this agency & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I had a difficult experience with the Belvedere branch.Some things were fine, such as the listing and the viewings.But they were also very unethical at times. For example they only told me that a prospective buyer's mortgage application failed two weeks after they learned of this. My property was off the market for much longer than necessary.

Belvedere branch staff all very helpful and friendly .We had a few sleepless nights as our purchase had a couple of potentially unhelpful situations . Full marks to Belvedere for straightening things out to everyones satisfaction . This is our final house move but if we were to move again we would make Robinson Jackson our go-to estate agent .Unconditionally recommended 100% - thank you very much !

GoogleLiterally feel like my family has been extended 💜 I could not recommended Robinson Jackson Welling any higher . From the moment Scott walked in to value our house my Mother and I knew we could trust him with our sale. It was never going to be easy for us after loosing my Father 10 years ago and this being our only family home and Scott understood this fully and showed us the compassion we needed. He was never pushy and let us move at our own pace when we was ready. Scott and Tony have been our rocks and have helped my mother and I get through one of the most stressful processes of our life. I know they say moving is one of the most stressful things you'll ever do but throw unknown Probate plus extras in and you can only imagine how close to breaking down we have been. Scott and Tony we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us keep ourselves together especially me who has you on speed dial 🤣 You have both helped in every way you could , answered every question we've had, made us laugh when we've been crying, and without you there is no way we would have completed our house sale and purchase, we would have pulled out long ago. I will actually miss being able to speak to you both on a regular basis! Anyone looking for an estate agents, look no further these guys are amazing! Thank you so much 💜

Highly unethical company, will employ utterly scummy lowlife tactics. Please take my advice and avoid at all costs. Not only are they bad at their job and what they do, but when they inevitably fail they will attempt to find any other amoral method to extract their misbegotten gains. Extremely stressful experience, losing sleep because of these clowns.

We bought our new property using Robinson Michael Jackson in Gravesend. Their service was excellent. Keeping us informed all the way of developments as they happened. They were more that happy to organise the viewing of the property 3 or 4 times so as we could double check things. All the staff were very helpful and happy to answer all our questions. Highly recommend. Thank you all.

The worst estate agent I’ve ever come across. I chased them multiple times to arrange a viewing to buy a property which they were not able to schedule in over a month. I was never called back (despite promises) and was even not registered in their system. I told them I was very interested and called them at least 5 times enquiring and they said they would call me back and never did. Finally spoke to someone who did arrange the viewing, and I get a call on the day saying the viewing was cancelled because the property had already been sold. Utter waste of time, unprofessional.

Sold us a house with floorplan saying the property is 100 sqm (hence the higher price we paid compare to other similar looking properties in the area) only for us to find out later the property is 80 sqm.This is fraud, this is lying, this is scamming people.Not long ago we also found out that they are not even TPO registered so I guess it shouldn't come as a surprise that they scam people like this in broad daylight.
