Having had been on the market with another estate agent for six weeks and having had only six viewings in this whole time we were left with the choice of reducing the price or changing the estate agent. From the first moment of meeting with Tony from Robinson Jackson Welling we felt confident that him and his team he could sell our house without having to reduce our asking price. He spoke sense from the moment he walked in the door and was honest from the get go, he knew the marketplace, he knew who our potential customer would be and he knew how to market our home. The result.....our home SOLD IN UNDER 10 DAYS without having to reduce the asking price!!!! Our dedicated sales progressor Sue was amazing she practically held our hand through every step of the process as and when it happened (sometime making things happen that little bit faster if she could). If we were stressed about something or didn't understand something she picked up the phone and talked us through it, she almost became one of the family! We cannot praise Tony and his team highly enough, we wish we had been recommended Robinson Jackson Welling before listing elsewhere as if we had we would have saved ourselves six weeks of sitting stagnant. So I thoroughly recommend to others to learn from our mistake and go to Robinson Jackson Welling first!

We called Robinson Jackson Welling branch in a bit of a panic as we needed to move quickly for family reasons and had already found a suitable property. We explained our situation and Tony Murray (branch manager) came round for a valuation the next day. Photos taken the day after (lots of comments from friends and family about how great they looked) and we were listed straight after that. We had more viewings than we expected - Scott and Anthony did a great job of keeping in touch and following up to collect feedback. I had an email confirmation with the name and time of every viewing, which was useful for keeping track. When it came to managing the offer, Tony Murray's feedback was very helpful and when it came to closing the deal at exchange time, Tony Hodges was brilliant, handling a complex situation (our buyer and seller refusing to meet in the middle on completion date) professionally and absorbing stress from all sides. Branch admin was great too, they were always on top of their emails and replied quickly. Throughout the process we have felt very well supported by Robinson Jackson and would not hesitate to recommend them in future.

I reported a few problems this afternoon with Morgan and in less than 30 minutes she has called me back, someone will be attending the property tomorrow to hopefully sort out the terrible smell coming from the drains and the other little issues will be sorted in the next few days. Don’t believe the hype

Signed up to Robinson Jackson Welling as they appear to be the market leader. Branch Manager Ben was smarmy and over valued the property. We had several viewings but they clearly didn’t have the right client base. Awful at getting feedback to us, we ended up chasing the agents all the time and all they wanted to do was reduce the price. They quickly lost interest in us and our property. Don’t believe the type, they really don’t deliver. Sold our property within weeks of registering with Ward and Partners.

Absolutely fantastic estate agents! They are very much seller first agents and even supported the buyers well to help it all run smoothly. The best estate agents we've ever had. John Speer even supported us in our buying of a house with another estate agent. If you want an estate agent who looks after you and offers fair pricing and is the main reason the process even went through as they chased everyone (removed so much hassle) would highly recommend?

Tony was the agent taking care of a property I was purchasing. I used Yopa and my buyer's used Purple Bricks. These services are cheap but you get what you pay for. Tony ensured our deal stayed on track. Without him I wonder if we would ever have exchanged! Once I moved in he also helped with rubbish removal as my vendor left rubbish at the house. I would highly recommend Robinson Jackson Welling!

Robinson Michael Jackson Strood

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Robinson Michael Jackson in Strood, particularly with Nancey Liddle. The service we received was the worst we've ever encountered. We viewed approximately 10 properties with them, and almost every morning before the viewing, they would call to reschedule, often neglecting to update their system. Sometimes, this resulted in us traveling miles for viewings only to find out they hadn't been scheduled on their system, wasting our time and resources. We mentioned to the Nancey that we’re frustrated that our viewings are constantly being rescheduled and she said that there’s no record of reschedulings on their system. I had to provide screenshot text messages evidence where they had rescheduled multiple times but failed to make a record of it. Nancey's approach throughout was very rude, unprofessional, and manipulative. She pressured us into making a much higher offer than the asking price. When we felt uncomfortable the day after and wanted to view another property to ensure we weren’t getting the short end of the stick as first-time buyers, she told us that we would be causing emotional distress to the elderly couple whose property we had put the offer on. She shouted at us on the phone despite us remaining calm throughout. We ended up pulling out due to such poor customer service.We would not recommend Robinson Michael Jackson Strood to anyone seeking a smooth and professional property transaction. The lack of reliable communication and professional integrity was deeply disappointing.

Anyone that’s considering renting with…

Anyone that’s considering renting with this estate agent please be very careful they will do anything to keep your deposit when your tenancy ends, they are very dishonest. Be very vigilant and make note of everything which is damaged within the property when you first move in and be sure to email them about this, no matter how small you may think the damage is, even a scratch on the wall inform them as soon as possible, as they will bill you with all sorts of damages in order to retain you whole deposit if possible.
