The viewings have all gone well and everyone seems happy, but when it comes to making an offer, there's a form that takes quite a bit of time to complete. It seems like only Robinson and Jackson require this, other agents usually just handle offers through a simple email exchange.

recently sold and purchased with Robinson in Strood - What a team. Can not fault them in anyway. Our journey started with Reece the branch manager who was brilliant from the get go. it was tricky transaction, with multiple properties involved including the sale of my parent property, but they got it all done with Ease. Charley and Jade in processing were incredible, updating ourselves and our buyers constantly and even dealing with all our solicitors in great depth. I could not recommend this branch more if I tried.

Absolutely appalling. We reviewed their website about their procedures with COVID and viewing properties. My parents who are cash buyers were looking to view a bungalow were told that they could not view the bungalow due to the fact that they had not sold yet?! They are in a fantastic position and are keen to find their dream home but were told by Nick the branch partner that they could not do this. When I pointed out that this information is not shared on the website he simply kept repeating that they had to have sold to be in with a chance of viewing. But this information is not anywhere on their site so I said it cannot be enforced if the rules are not clearly stated it is total misinformation at a high level. I told him that I would complain about the instant dismissal and total lack of service he simply said and I quote’ I’m the branch partner who are you going to complain to may I ask’? Customer Service you can appreciate at its very best! as an ex estate agent I’m dumbfounded. In this day and current climate he was happy to turn people away. Lost business on a potential sale in excess of £400,000. A real clever business move .. business idiot of the year. Avoid at all costs.

Especially as you are aware that we telephoned the owner of the bungalow you mention and explained that your parents were very keen to view the property. We asked if they would be prepared for your parents to view the bungalow albeit they are not currently in a proceedable position. As we explained the owner then confirmed they are more than happy for your parents to view when they are in a proceedable position and when the chain below is complete but were not willing to let them view before this. Re your comment I told him that I would complain about the instant dismissal and total lack of service he simply said and I quote’ I’m the branch partner who are you going to complain to may I ask’? You spoke with my colleague first who explained the situation. You then asked to speak to someone that you could make a complaint to and my colleague passed you to myself. I explained the situation to which you were still unhappy and asked who you could escalate the complaint to further. I explained that this would be myself. At no point did I say I am the Branch Partner who are you going to complain too. As discussed yesterday the owners are more than happy to arrange a viewing for your parents when they are under offer and able to proceed with a purchase if they are happy with the bungalow when the view it. Tony Hodges was dealing with the sale and was always working hard and chasing things to move the process along. I would definitely consider using them to buy and sell in the future. He made sure my family had a home and even went far in making sure we don't loose our goods in the storage. James is vey friendly adding a professional approach in his service. We booked RJ to sell our home in early 2023 and were very impressed with the introduction. As time went by many people came to view the house but alas no sale. Eventually towards the end of the year we received an offer and were glad to accept. Only downside during the year was that on one occasion the garage door was left unlocked and a light was left on inside the house. The house keys were misplaced on one occasion but luckily we found a second pair.

Until your property is rented by RMJ, its a OK. Trouble starts when the Tenants stop paying rent, You as landlord has to chase RMJ for rent. No one from RMJ will contact you to give you update. Don't bother calling RMJ - Credit controller never answer the phone(I mean NEVER). Coming to Repairs - Have to chase many time to get quote. But Managing fee will be deducted, with out delay. All this is Full Managed Service.

Robinson and Jackson Blackfen had marketed a property with 'ample off street parking,' which consisted of 2 parking spaces on a driveway. After putting an offer in and getting accepted I asked to view the property again but the branch manager was reluctant to do so. I paid for the searches as he was being pushy then he was more relaxed about a second viewing. After asking again about the parking another estate agent confirmed she didn't know. She sent me the plans and after I checked them, it was clear no parking spaces belonged to the property.The branch manager said he would do what he would to get the matter resolved but obviously he couldn't do anything then he started to be quite rude again and was nit compromising between myself and the seller to re negotiate the price.I've now walked away from the property but lost out on £378 due to searches being paid for.Just be careful. Check everything don't be fooled by their marketing. I've got evidence of the marketing and the plans as they have now since changed it all.

GoogleFirst class experience from start to finish! Scott at the Welling office has been so efficient and easy to deal with, listened exactly to what we wanted then implemented it to the letter. Yes it obviously helped he found a buyer within 4 days, but the speed he got the property on the market (36 hours) when one of his close competitors took 10 days showed me how professional he was. He knew we were very unhappy with our previous agent and just talking to him I felt confident that he was our most realistic hope of reaching a sale in today's market. The Sales Progression Team took over, said they would keep in touch weekly which they have and this has now resulted in completion after only 6 weeks!! Well done to you guys too. If you are buying or selling in Welling I cannot recommend Robinson Jackson highly enough. Once again thanks for everything.

They made sure everyone was OK, helped arrange temporary accommodation, and put in lots of extra hours to sort out all the things which needed to be dealt with - while professional and good natured throughout. I bought a house through Robinson & Jackson and I think they are truly amazing ! Right from the start ( arranging first viewing ) until completion ( less than 3 months later) they have been nothing but super professional and helpful. They have answered any queries within minutes, excellent communication and support. The dates given to me as a guideline ( exchange, completion , etc.) were kept exactly the same from start to finish. The whole team - Natalie, Sam and more were great!
