I had a difficult experience with the Belvedere branch.Some things were fine, such as the listing and the viewings.But they were also very unethical at times. For example they only told me that a prospective buyer's mortgage application failed two weeks after they learned of this. My property was off the market for much longer than necessary.

Belvedere branch staff all very helpful and friendly .We had a few sleepless nights as our purchase had a couple of potentially unhelpful situations . Full marks to Belvedere for straightening things out to everyones satisfaction . This is our final house move but if we were to move again we would make Robinson Jackson our go-to estate agent .Unconditionally recommended 100% - thank you very much !

GoogleI'm currently homeless and usually sleep by the royal oak or garage in north heath. The past few nights I've ended up putting up my tent near the post office as it is a bit quiter. This morning a nice woman called Jane who works here came over and asked if I was OK, if I needed anything and offered me a hot drink. I mean I know this isn't a customer review but all the same, if these are the kind of staff who work here then any clients are sure to be treated with care, respect and in a friendly manner for sure.

Highly unethical company, will employ utterly scummy lowlife tactics. Please take my advice and avoid at all costs. Not only are they bad at their job and what they do, but when they inevitably fail they will attempt to find any other amoral method to extract their misbegotten gains. Extremely stressful experience, losing sleep because of these clowns.

We bought our new property using Robinson Michael Jackson in Gravesend. Their service was excellent. Keeping us informed all the way of developments as they happened. They were more that happy to organise the viewing of the property 3 or 4 times so as we could double check things. All the staff were very helpful and happy to answer all our questions. Highly recommend. Thank you all.

The worst estate agent I’ve ever come across. I chased them multiple times to arrange a viewing to buy a property which they were not able to schedule in over a month. I was never called back (despite promises) and was even not registered in their system. I told them I was very interested and called them at least 5 times enquiring and they said they would call me back and never did. Finally spoke to someone who did arrange the viewing, and I get a call on the day saying the viewing was cancelled because the property had already been sold. Utter waste of time, unprofessional.

Sold us a house with floorplan saying the property is 100 sqm (hence the higher price we paid compare to other similar looking properties in the area) only for us to find out later the property is 80 sqm.This is fraud, this is lying, this is scamming people.Not long ago we also found out that they are not even TPO registered so I guess it shouldn't come as a surprise that they scam people like this in broad daylight.

Really inadequate and incompetent service from these guys. From a tenants point of view, they will forget about you as soon as they have your money. We did not receive an inventory until after we moved in and for which after emailing several times to highlight some major issues, never once heard back from anyone. In short, it was a huge mistake to go with Robson Jackson; but such mistakes are there to be learnt from. Don’t make the same mistake we did! The woman who showed my partner round failed to highlight there was no fridge or freezer, that the electric meter is on a stick (in 2021!?) there is damage to the property as well as previous tenants belongings which would lead to the obvious conclusion that the property was not professionally cleaned before hand. All in all, this move has become a total nightmare and one that I wish we had not had made. We had been let down by several other agents before hand but I would encourage you to do your research and find a better set of agents who can offer you basic support i.e: courtesy to at least respond to your emails!

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly DO NOT LET DEXTER VALUE YOUR HOUSE. Ask for anyone else. He overvalued our property from the beginning and when questioned by us, he guaranteed it would sell. Unfortunately what people are prepared to pay for a house and what mortgage lenders lend is a very different thing. His poor valuation delayed our purchase. Secondly, once the sale progressed their was no explanation as to what happened next and also they had added that we would accept a sale at the asking price. A discussion we hadn't had. Thirdly, strangely they were always "just about to call or email us" as we called them. The final nail in the coffin was when we found out that the leasehold on our property was under 65 years which means no mortgage lender will lend to purchase the house. RBJ Northumberland Heath blamed our solicitor for not informing us of this but after discussion with the solicitor it's the agents responsibility to discuss all elements of the purchase as houses are sold with reduced leases. I will NEVER use RBJ Northumberland Heath again EVER! GREEDY, UNPROFESSIONAL IDIOTS who wasted our time and money with their poor grasp & knowledge in their field of, so called "expertise". Complaints will formally be made to the company as employees there need to be more responsible for the advice, or lack of, as their input has caused nothing but stress and anxiety in an already stressful process & ultimately resulted in us having to pull out of a sale, thus rendering those in our chain floundering. I think what the staff at RBJ Northumberland Heath have taken for granted is that they are, instructed and paid, to be the voice and advisor of us "laymen" who do not understand the complexities of house buying/selling. Sadly on this occasion RBJ Northumberland Heath failed to provide the service they pedal for the extortionate fees they charge. AVOID AT ALL COSTSNegativeProfessionalism
