This review is regarding Robinson, Michael & Jackson in sittingbourne (part of the Robinson Jackson group).This is the second time I have used them to sell my property and have again received the same fantastic service. From start to finish they have been great. Very proactive and understand what a ‘sense of urgency’ is. They qualified the buyer well and ensured everything was in place before the stamp duty holiday ended.I have no issue in recommending the Sittingbourne branch of this Estate Agent.

Wow. Why did I not read these reviews before using them. I have basically had the sameexperience specifically with Robinson Jackson Lettings. Ellie, who I have met sounded so promising at the beginning then everything was just a BIG mess, they dont update you, late viewings, they even tried to put in a dodgy tenant just to get rid of my property! Not to mention they charge one of the highest monthly fees 14% including VAT and the highest moving in fee of over £1000 not even including the contract. The worst is they moved in a tenant without doing an inventory, very dodgy and they obviously do not care about your flat and its contents. Filed a formal complaint today. Please do not make the same mistakes that I have done. It is very stressful.

Used Robinson and Jackson to rent my flat, at first they were very polite and informative. As soon as the flat was rented all communication stopped and it became clear they just wanted the money and had no interest in customer service.Any repairs that were needed they just demanded money with little explanation of what the issue was.When I wanted to claim my property back from them they were very slow and unhelpful. Then after the contract ended and all fees were settled, they sent me a bill for £160 stating that emergency boiler repairs had been needed six months ago but it hadn't been added to my account. I wouldn't have authorised this as my family member is a boiler engineer. Very poor communication.The whole thing was a shambles from start to finish - will never use again.

Impossible to get viewings. I have lost count of the number of times I have received a property alert and called Robinson Jackson, only to speak with someone who says they'll have someone call me back 'right away' to arrange a viewing. They never do call back, and when I call back 30-60 minutes later I get told viewings are full. I don't understand how people are being offered or getting priority viewings and what more I can do to view one. I'm actively making offers on properties, have provided them with all of the information they need about my circumstances and it's made little to no difference at all. Shocking service. Don't care about buyers one bit.

Exactly as the title says.. They will promise you the world until you sign with them. After that, you are prisoner of their incompetence. No proper communication, no sales skills what so ever. And most of all, full of excuses, to cover their lack of market knowledge. Everybody can sell a cheap house and that is exactly what they want to achieve. A cheap sale, pocket their undeserved commission, and go on to the next victim. I suggest you find an online agent and try and do the viewings by yourselves.

Strood branch dreadfull.They bang on how good they are all they want is you to sign up to sell with them.I wanted to view a property with them Nancie said it was 10 days before we could see a property. I said I would like to buy and sell with same agents. Funny they could value our house following day. Wrote a letter and delivered by hand saying what I was looking for no response Then find 2 suitable bungalows ask to view was told 10 days before I can view.Found a 3rd property e mailed Nancie twice does not even reply.I guess the sellers fee must be £5000+ and people are marketing property with them and have no idea they are making them wait 10 days to viewDecided no point even looking with this company anymore.We have sold our property via Ewe move fantastic service from first phone call sold in under 48 hours

I engaged with Robinson Jackson a couple of times for sales enquiries and to view properties. I found their service representatives very rude and dismissive, visibly annoyed at my enquiries over the telephone. On top of that, following my contact with them, I was added to their mailing list without being asked for explicit consent.Although they seem to have a good grip on the local market offering, I believe they should really do an effort to improve their customer service.

This is the third time we have used Michael Robinson and Jackson and each time they have been excellent. Sold our house(s) each time within two weeks, to buyers who were genuine.The sales progressor kept us informed throughout the sale(s) and pushed the buyers solicitor when required.Kept us informed by email and telephone.They are slightly more expensive than some but it’s a price worth paying in our opinion.Great service, great marketing and great staff (during this very difficult time).Thank you! (Once Again)

Me and my husband was trying to rent a property via Robinson Jackson, we found a property on Rightmove and called, the number on rightmove is their help desk and the lady there said she's putting us in contact with one of their agents but just didn't. After we finally started the enquiry, we were asked to provide our own credit own credit check and we have to put in sooo much personal info into a website we don't really trust. They also specified Experian identity to use for credit check which made the renting process so hard. We had to give up the property in the end.

Absolute bell ends from the welling branch Tony and scott could manage the toilet ques let allow be management. How a company can have these 2 represent them is beyond me. Just shows the standards they have. See below not just me look at all the reviews and the sad thing is no one even above them cares. Be very careful as they also take back handers from property developers so they will constantly lie above properties and offer. Very unprofessional, very poor communication skills and will make buying your home a nightmare. Stay away from welling branch and try others if really desperate but believe me and the others who have written on here they are a disgrace. More like the chuckle brothers or dumb and dumber. The 1 star is way too high for this company. Buying a home is meant to be a pleasant experience and not a peasant experience. Shocking communication skills, no customer service skills, i am very surprised that the so called directors/partners conduct themselves in the same manner and there is a very poor complaints procedure. Customer reviews mean nothing to this company as if they did they would do something about the clowns they have in their welling office. I really hope no one goes through the experience i have with them and also i would urge you to put a review up so people can see how terrible they are. Most good reviews will be from people selling their homes but look at the one looking to buy?? They may advertise as they have the most properties but they forgot to state they have the worst service and no care attitude. Absolute disgrace which i can understand from the sales manager as he thinks he is a big boy with a promotion on the cards but if u promote someone like that to branch manager shows the quality you hire. I would have expected better from the Branch manager but his head is stuck up Scotts a*** and he is struggling to pull it out. For someone to take the time to write this long review imagine how much they must have pissed them off.If you do see a property you really like try other branches to avoid disappointment as i cannot comment on their services but welling is an absolute joke full of clowns who think they represent themselves and not the company who pay their wages.

They were managing (fully managed) my buy to let property. 1. They found a tenant with lower than market price, but they said the tenants are excellent people. Once the tenant left, I realised they had damaged the property, left a lot of rubbish, they destroyed an arch in the garden, etc. 2. During tenancy, with high frequency I had to pay for Robinson Jackson's contractors to repair various things, repeatedly, e.g., the lock for the door to the garden, or toilet, leaking etc. Every time I paid for a proper repairmen, but the problems kept repeating. Every time I complained why these problems are repeating, they said the contractor (their own contractor) knows me and he would call me to explain, which never did!3. Once the tenants left, the money that I could recover for damages was much less than what I had to pay for Robinson Jackson to repair the damages. 4. Theft by their contractors: They contractor charged me, about £400 for arch, they sent me picture that they have installed it. Due to lock down, I did not personally went to look. However, when the new estate agent company (Your Move) sent picture of the garden, I noticed the arch is missing. I have been chasing Robinson and Jackson for months to get my money back, every time they say we do not work with that contractor anymore. They say they need to get hold of him to see what happened. Nowadays, it seems somehow they know I am calling them and they do not pick up the phone!

They quite literally could not be any more incompetent if they tried. It took them nearly a week to fix our boiler when we had no hot water. I should’ve known they weren’t going to be good when we showed up to pick up keys on our moving in day and they hadn’t even cut enough keys for the 3 of us. But in a nice cyclical nature, when my flatmate dropped off keys when we moved out, they had no idea we were moving out either.

No deposit back after 15 days. Agent disputing false details missing and charging net curtain £20, sink plugs£5, to glue small carpet corner £20!! No receits provided just link to amazon. No proves for what they want money. Didn't refund me a penny, not even the agreed amount.Trust me they are the worst - Branch Rainham, Kelly manager. The management team never listen, never to get hold of for complaintsI had to go to tenacy protection scheme and now on process with OmbudsmanWorse agency ever

I was the buyer of a flat marketed by them. They delayed everything so much, gave incorrect information about the lease and service charges, and mistakenly copied me in on an email from the manager to a colleague saying I was mad and to ignore me. I was mad in that I was mad about the lack of service or any professional standards at all, which nearly lost me a good buyer.

GoogleQuite a difficult property to sell on behalf of my late parents ... very run down ex-council house. Wanted a quick sale but was let down by my first agents who really didn't try hard to sell it. When i went to Robinson Jackson at Northumberland Heath, Kent, they listened to my concerns, were realistic about pricing and went full out to sell it for me. Very proactive in getting in viewers, always kept me informed of progress. Likewise once we secured a buyer ... again very efficient, pushed things through on both sides for a quick sale, always updating me. All the staff at that branch excellent at what they do and lovely to deal with. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

5 Stars to Tracey in the progress department, THANK YOU for all your help and understanding with our sale, you were fantastic particularly when things got very frustrating. Keep up the good work, you are an asset to Robinson Jackson.If I was giving a rating for Robinson Jackson in general it would be a 2 Star rating, without Tracey I would have withdrawn the sale. I don’t believe we were given the best advice regarding our Buyer, and feel the commission we paid was too high regarding the service we received, I could have done the same myself. The house we was selling was chain free, empty, freehold and in a good location. We have sold two previous properties through Robinson Jackson and was happy with the service, hence returning, we also used the Solicitors they work alongside of, who proved to be inadequate, to the point we had to have the Solicitor working on our sale replaced with another! The Solicitor our Buyer used was also appalling, maybe it’s Solictors in general. At one point I received an email at 10.45 PM on a Friday night stating something regarding the property which caused me not to sleep, and being a Friday could not talk to anyone until the Monday! I never did receive an explanation as to why this was sent at 10.45 pm.
