I have used R&J North Heath three times in the last 2 years - two sales and one buy. On every occasion I have had a fantasticly positive experience. The whole team are professional, knowledgeable and I felt very supported during each process. The team are extremely responsive and always on hand to give advice and updates. From the very beginning right through to completion their communication with me has always been fantastic. R & J really do know the local market and I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to use them. The whole team are great. From initial valuation when selling they have always listened to my needs and plans whilst giving me realistic advice about the market and my home. I would like to express a very big thank you to the Robinson Jackson Northumberland Heath Estate Agents team for their outstanding support throughout our housing process. From the very first viewings through to completion, the team was incredibly helpful and ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible between us and the seller. Thank you to Graham and Joe, who did an excellent job at the beginning of the process. They helped us get all the paperwork sorted with our mortgage advisor, and their communication was very fast, which was amazing!! This allowed us to make a real start on the process and get everything moving quickly. A special thank you also goes to Paula, who supported us throughout the transaction. She was always on top of everything, maintained excellent communication with both us and the sellers, and made sure the solicitors on both sides stayed coordinated and on track. As we approached completion, things became quite stressful and a few issues arose. However, Paula handled everything with clear communication and kept everyone in the chain informed, which made a huge difference during that final stage. I had a very positive experience with Robinson Jackson, this was my second transaction with this branch and they were extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Thanks to this team, the process was as seamless as the sale of a property can be! Joe, the Branch Manager instilled me with immediate confidence during the initial valuation appointment, so much so that I did not even obtain a comparative valuation from another firm. Graham and Kirsty conducted most of the viewings and they were both amazing, they always ensured viewing times worked for me as I work from home and they were attentive to the specific property details which were the positive 'selling points'. Paula was extremely helpful in the late stages of the sale which included dealing with a somewhat unresponsive management company. In contrast, she was always responsive to my queries, providing me with regular updates and calmly dealing with my 'scatter brain' as we pushed to get the transaction over the line before the easter break! I can’t say enough about the professional service carried by Robinson Jackson. Graham was very professional and informative on his visit to value the property. He took photos and explained everything to me. Most of my viewings were carried out by Kirsty, who might I say is absolutely terrific. Kirsty seemed to put the viewers and myself at ease with her bubbly personality, she is a credit to your team. WE have a really positive experience with Jess, the agent who showed us the properties, she was friendly, professional and very approachable, and was happy to answer all of our questions. What stood out to us was that she never made us feel pressured. She gave us plenty of time to look around and think about the properties, and even called us today to check what we thought and whether we had any further questions. I purchased my property through Robinson and Jackson and to be fair I felt a little disappointed with their sales staff behaviours at the beginning. It's not nice being guzumped on your offer after 2 weeks of being accepted and personally I think a new ruling should be in place to stop this happening however, this was a situation I was in and felt it was handled not very well and in fairness this was highlighted to them and an apology was given. The sales progressor team was a little better but you could tell it was all one sided they were acting for their seller. My overall experience I would say was satisfactory.

We were struggling to sell our shared ownership property, so we hunted online for a new estate agent. We came across Robinson-Jackson, and thought we’d give them a try, even though we were 2 counties over! Graham and Vince have gone above and beyond for us, despite our housing association placing so many restrictions on us as to who could buy. I was worried that first week that Graham was going to phone me and say “I’m really sorry, but we can’t help you!” But that never happened. They’ve kept us in the loop throughout, even on quieter weeks, with Graham trekking all the way out here to do photos and the floor plan (a service the original estate agent wouldn’t do!) Our property was on the market for 4 months, with 0 interest before we switched- now, less than 2 months after switching to Robinson-Jackson we have not 1, but 2 seriously interested parties, a testament to the teams hard work and commitment. I would recommend them to anyone, even if you think they may not be able to help (out of area, for instance), give them a try and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised😊 I know we were!
