Very poor . I have deal with an agent called Linna . We has sent back all the information she requested to put down an offer . Then no response at all ! We are much appreciated if they can just let us know the property is gone instead of wasting our time to wait and chase. Unprofessional!

Sittingbourne branch I can't recommend enough. good honest and no hard selling. When our house sale fell through a week before moving, there was support and advice in moving forward. Sam the branch manager is the go to man for questions and worries. Top man!

Made an offer on a house and agreed the sale via Robinson Jackson and they went dead for a week before telling us a property developer who had “seen the property before” made a substantially bigger offer and basically said tough luck bye! No way do we believe they didn’t show the house after an agreed sale.

Am utterly sick of these deceitful people.Accepted an offer as told buyers had a mortgage offer. Months later they still have no offer and am in limbo. Every contact brings a reply from them that is always falsely optimistic. Wish I had never gone there.Still, guess what I am saying is “acted as one would expect for estate agents”

GoogleAbsolutely useless......Not worthy of any stars. Agents far to busy in meetings to view my flat for rental.....Had to make several calls to get them to view flat but they kept robbing me off. DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS, as you will be seriously let down. Had to give one star to post but they are NOT WORTHY.

GoogleI found this to be a very helpful and efficient agency. They did everything that they said they would, took good photographs, and kept us very up-to-date with what was happening. This contrasted with another local agent who rarely returned calls and failed to provide requested information. I would strongly recommend Robinson Jackson. We were dealing with Garry Hazell, who did a great job.

I was really pleased with the team at RM in Sittingbourne until they gave my personal information to someone unrelated to the sale. Currently escalating this to the Ombudsman for breach of GDPR. Their response- lies and manipulation. Very unprofessional way to end a sale of a property.

Cunning Agents!!!Buyers and Sellers be aware! These agents failed to disclosed that the property we were in the process of purchasing did not have any planning permission nor building regulations for the works carried out in the property and loft conversation. They completely mislead us. Do not trust these agents whatsoever!!!
