When buying my first house recently, the house was being sold via the Robinson Jackson branch in Gillingham. Although there were ups and downs, and delays (not because of them, because of my solicitors), the sales progressor: Kay Young, was absolutely amazing. She is honestly a credit to the company. She always kept me in the loop, did the most that she could for me and to get updates for me, and just went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this estate agents, and especially Kay. She is a gem and they should be lucky to have her!

Garry and the team at the Erith branch have been absolutely fantastic, i had a buy to let flat in Erith that i needed to sell and i dont live anywhere near local to the area so i wasnt really looking forward to the process. They had it sold within a week for full asking price, i even got another offer for 2k above, but i stuck with the 1st as it meant a quicker process. I was able to leave keys with Garry and he took care of the lot for me. I had it sold within a week for full asking price on 28th September, exchanged contracts today and completion due 29th November. Now for me living and running a busy company over 2 hours away, i have to give credit where its due they went over and above to get the deal done, and i am very grateful to them for that. Old school excellent customer service. Thank you.

Like - Near the end I liked the way Jo Rossiter was following up and assisting in the same. This made the process efficient.Dislike - If someone is temporarily filling in for the person dealing with the sale then that person should be upto speed with all the information related to the customer such as exchange of emails, conversations etc. that has happened till that time. It saves the customer from having to explain it again.

Do not use them to let your property!

Do not use them to let and manage your property! Tyler from Gravesend is managing our property and it’s useless to pay for it. Nothing gets done on time, dates aren’t met, no calls, she isn’t proactive and just causes more stress. What a waist of money! When asking her about things she doenst even have an answer. Plus they only check the apartment once every 6 months and don’t have one letting manager per property. Do not use them!
