GoogleAston Reeves were very professional when they found a tenant for my property. Onkar made the effort to explain to me what we should market the property for by providing local comparables and taking professional photos, which is why I think the property rented straight away. Will definitely be using them again.

As a buyer with a very slow solicitor and many obstacles in the way, I had a really good experience with these agents. Ryan always replied to my emails and calls very promptly, (even on his days off) and chased both sets of solicitors until the completion was achieved. If I was ever to sell my property, I would contact them for sure.

GoogleSince we began renting one of their properties we have experienced many problems including bug infestation, mould/damp, blocked drains and lack of hot water. They do rush jobs and the problems just keep reoccurring. They are currently not responding to my emails and are unapologetic. On top of this is our rent has even gone up.

We have a dog and in the area we wanted to rent a flat was very difficult to find pet friendly accommodation. Fortunately we have found this agency, where they were helpful and with friendly approach they helped us find our new home. A communication was quick, and all the paperwork was done for us. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

GoogleThis agency is the worst I have ever come across. Pathetic and incompetent staff who deceive you into properties that were inappropriate to live in and then you will be living in mouldy, smelly and leaky property until you could not take it any more. Be careful while getting scammed with this one.

Ashton Reeves have been nothing but helpful in the year I’ve been dealing with them, nothing is too much trouble. Since the pandemic began they’ve always been at the end of the phone.
