I am a fencing contractor, was recommended to them by one of their landlords who owned a property they managed. Staff were very thorough and diligent, fast email/phone response have worked for them since on another property, and quoted two more.

Expectations from potential renters are way out of limits. Asking for 30 times salary to be considered for a rental property is a joke. It’s not a mortgage!
We are sorry to hear of your frustration, however, we have to abide by the criteria set out by the referencing company. This criteria is similar for most referencing companies who set the affordability calculations at 30 times the monthly rent. This is not something that is in our control. We wish you the best of luck.

It is unfortunate that you are dissatisfied with the landlord's decision not to carry out redecoration works to the communal areas at this time. Nevertheless, this does not reflect our performance as an estate agency, nor does it warrant a negative rating of our services. Moving forward, we recommend that you direct your requests to your block management company since the responsibility for this type of work falls under their purview, not ours. As an estate agency, our mandate is to manage our client's property and its tenants. We do not receive compensation for managing demands that are outside our scope of responsibility. While we were happy to assist, we regret that our efforts have been misconstrued, proving once again that no good deed goes unpunished. We believe that your review is potentially defamatory and we may pursue legal action if necessary. The individuals we dealt with on a daily basis were and are always helpful whenever we have questions to direct at them. They were always diligent to deal with any requests we had, taking any stresses and alleviating them from our shoulders, making our time corresponding with them and searching for a property, a lot easier.
