GoogleWe discovered Ashton Reeves last year and from the first interaction with them, we felt a great level of confidence in their services. They were transparent about the fees and expectations and took time to listen. Our property was rented out with a week of putting it on the market. They are responsive and you get a personalised service from the team. We would recommend them as managing agents and sourcing for new properties.

not considerate at all trying to rent run down apartments with wrong directions for viewing
It is very unfortunate that you were unable to make it to the property, I have listened to the calls and checked the notes on the system and our colleague waited at the property for over half an hour for you, it is not within our remit to ensure viewers journeys are planned and you were given the same directions as the other 9 viewings that were carried out successfully. With regards to the condition of the property we find this somewhat confusing that you feel it is run down, as you did not attend. All at Ashton Reeves wish you the best of luck with your search.
