The staff, specifically Danielle White, was very efficient, and extremely helpful in organising the move to ensure it all went smoothly in readiness for check in day. Have been refused 90% of flats we wished to view due to claiming universal credit. I have only been out of work for a couple of years due to disability but my partner works full time and the two incomes combined are way above the requirement. Therefore, this practice is purely discriminatory. Only one other agency has done this to us. We have researched into this and found out that agencies should be refusing landlords who discriminate against those on benefits as it has been ruled unlawful by a judge in 2020. Somehow Property Cafe takes landlords wishes as a priority above tenants’ rights and will happily discriminate against disabled people. 100% the worst agency I have ever dealt with and I advise to steer clear of them!!

Everybody at Propertycafe has always been incredibly helpful and efficient. My initial contact was with Michele who has been absolutely excellent throughout the buying process. With great communication skills and always on hand to give advice or answer any queries. My sale (which did NOT involve Propertycafe) did not go to plan and we had many difficult situations with vendors withdrawing offers and lots of messing about with dates for exchange and completion within our chain. Michele has always been calm and supportive and great at communicating with all parties involved. An honest and reliable service, second-to-none. Thank you.

GoogleFantastic experience with property cafe. i was having real issues with the external referencing company which was taking nearly 2 weeks to sort out. I suffered a lot of stress at the thought that i was going to lose out on a rental property but due to the personal intervention of Damien Taylor the lettings director my tenancy was assured. He went out of his way to be helpful and battled for me with the lettings hub company which helped alleviate my anxiety. He was kind and professional and reassuring. A real asset to the agency. The rest of the team were also very helpful. I highly recommend this agency.
