Both Michele Holden the progression manager and Megan Curtis the sales consultant were very polite and knowledgeable about the whole process. They also all clearly had grasp of the current status of my purchase throughout the process. They definitely helped reduce the stresses of moving home!

Damien and the rest of the staff have been amazing when I needed to find a property quickly. I was already with property cafe and have always found them to be happy to help with anything. When I got news I needed to move they were incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation and make the experience a lot less stressful.

GoogleThe property cafe gives an excellent service and I have nothing but praise for them. I have had a few maintenance issues with the flat I am renting this year which are now resolved. ‘Mia’ in particular always goes above and beyond in providing quick assistance with getting things put right. It has been difficult times for all of us so far this year and even when maintenance services would of probably been difficult to arrange, the property cafe managed to provide these. Would recommend them if you are looking to rent a property.

GoogleWithin a few hours of speaking with Damien and getting an offer from him for a rate to get me a tenant for one of my properties, I received a phone call saying that he had a potential tenant, that he would like to propose. so a few days later we met , very impressed, and prospective tenant came around to the property, that afternoon, liked it and agreed to take it subject to all checks. All actioned now and dates agreed , it took less that 3 days, unbelievable response and totally superb service , and better Rental rate as well.PositiveResponsiveness
