This is a new venture for me renting as always owned my properties with my dear late husband. From the start I have been fortunate to have a lady Tracy my letting administrator , she is a true ambassador for The Property Cafe, a wonderful helpful nothings too much attitude, kind personality and professional in her knowledge and mannerism, I really cannot praise enough and highly recommend this first class Estate Agents. GoogleI have been a tenant through the Property Cafe for a number of years now. It would always be my first choice of where to go if I was looking for a property to rent or buy. The service is always spot on and the response to emails is instant. They are always quick on the case whatever it maybe be. Fortunately I haven’t had to contact them many times but when I have it’s normally been because of a slight maintenance issue which has always been dealt with promptly. Mia Stevens at Property Cafe is a star, I’ve had to contact her a few times, today being the latest one and every time her response is prompt, professional and very helpful. GoogleI have used this estate agents for lettings for a number of years and have found them to be efficient and professional. I deal with Shannon on a regular basis and have always found her to be very informative, professional and never have a problem contacting her with any queries I may have. She is always very helpful above and beyond. I have no hesitation in recommending this Estate Agents and certainly have no intention of moving my business anywhere else in the near future.

Be wary of this estate agent. They are a rogue agent with rogue landlords. They let out unihabitable properties to unsuspecting tenants. Buy a damp meter and carry out checks to dectect severe damp and mould in the property. Otherwise you will be misreprensented 'deceived' under the consumer rights act of a 'contract' and will lose a considerable amount of money. This estate agents only cares about the landlord.In addition to the above I was told by the estate agent Shannon on sign up that there is no boiler in the property!! Total supidity.. and 'oh just turn the hot tap and water will come out'. What is this estate agent informing other tenants or owners?? Common sense is not common!! Phone call after phone call, email after email and they persist to insult my intelligence. And another catch you must pay out of your deposit the estate agents fees ro relet the property. Before this estate agents I had very good rentals. This by far is the worst experience of renting that I have encountered.

The staff, specifically Danielle White, was very professional and extremely helpful in organising the move to ensure it all went smoothly in readiness for the check in day. We would most definitely use this service again on future Lets, and highly recommend Property Cafe.

We have been really happy with Property Cafe. They provide a personal, efficient and fair service.We went for the gold service so costs are quite high - we haven't had cause to test out what is provided yet but are confident that everything (e.g. non-payment of rent) would be covered.

Solely on my experience of one member staff, Bethany, who will go the extra mile to help me out (as an owner of premises which are rented out thro Property Cafe. It has become a pleasure to ask for assistance from PC - and that is solely due to her can do attitude.
