This can lead to bias and compromise the reliability of reviews.”….Appalling. Just another Estate Agent that puts fat-cat landlords first. God help you if you have a long term sickness or disability, they couldn't care less. I am an exemplary tenant with no debt but injured and unable to work. I'm STILL never late with rent. "Affordability criteria" is completely UNJUST and discriminatory. Who cares? You don't meet the criteria - be homeless.

GoogleThe staff at Property Cafe made my house search a very pleasant experience, nothing was too much trouble if there were any queries they would get prompt answers and report back to me. The staff were always most polite helpful and compitant, I would recommend to anyone looking to sell or purchase a new home and want it to be stress free the staff at Property Cafe will make it happen. I am now in my new home and very happy with no complaints.

GoogleThis is one of the most unprofessional agencies in Hastings. They showed me a property and then disappeared. They scheduled viewings for eight other people at the same time, and the agent arrived late, making us all wait for 20 minutes. I had to view the property with four other strangers. It's been two weeks now with no response despite calling twice. This is highly unprofessional.

Showed me downright filthy property asking exorbitant prices. They got stuck on my profile and wouldn't offer anything outside a budget, and when I did ask to see something just above, they present an argument and played games with long lead viewings that meant houses were gone before I had a chance to view. All in all a poor experience and as a landlord myself I could not entertain using them to manage my property let alone try again to rent through them.

From day one of putting my property on The Property Cafe books I've been delighted with their professionalism . Whenever there has been a problem it has always been resolved quickly and efficiently with minimum of stress to myself particularly as I spend half the year abroad . I feel that they deal with all matters with their clients interests at heart which in this day and age is very refreshing! Every member of staff that I have had dealings with has been helpful and courteous , with prompt feedback . I would reccommend them without a second thought .

GoogleI’ve bought and sold quite a few properties so have had good and bad experiences with estate agents. Both bought and sold my bungalow in Bexhill with them. I must say that Property Cafe, Bexhill are up there with the best. Really personal service, know and understand your circumstances and adapt accordingly. More importantly than anything though, honest and transparent advice, even if you don’t want to hear it or if it’s not good for them. Dominic in particular, stand out guy. Communication is excellent and he is clearly invested in making and progressing sales. Would definitely recommend. To offer some context as well, I did try another local agent who are much “bigger” locally and well known across East Sussex and Property Cafe were MUCH better.

GoogleI can’t speak more highly of the Property cafe and all their staff members. They are all so efficient and helpful, but also all very friendly and approachable too. They quick at responding to emails and there’s always someone to speak to by phone as well. I have rented my house out through them which they were extremely helpful with, and then they sold the house too and were so good at keeping in touch through every stage. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

GoogleAs someone searching for a property to rent, the number of times this company have promised a call back and not delivered has taught me that they've no respect for potential renters. I understand that in the current market there are more people wanting to rent than there are affordable properties available, but as someone with complex needs for whom making a phone call is difficult, having to constantly chase up a promised call back is intensely stressful and disheartening.
