I’m on first name terms with everyone there, and they with me (at my request. Hello, Hope!). Most important, whenever I call, they know everything about me, the plumbing, the dishwasher, whatever topic I choose to bring up. Perhaps I am the only one !:0)

I am always informed of any maintenance issues as soon as they arise. A suitable company is chosen to carry out any repairs required at a reasonable cost. When there is a change of tenancy, this is managed with minimal delays and a list of suitable tenants is made available to me to choose from. Ashley Taylor, Senior Property Valuer, has been particularly helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The whole process was very quick and the staff were so so lovely. They made everything so easy! I think we got accepted on our flat 2 days after we applied. The only down fall was we were not given the code password for our underground car park but I think this was down to the landlord and not the staff. I’ve had some terrible letting experiences but Property Cafe have been by far the best I’ve used!

Just want to thank Property Cafe for their perfectionism from start to finish. They have such a great team of people. If someone asked me what estate agent would i use, in Bexhill it would be by far Property Cafe. They sold my property within 14hours of being on the market and then everything fell into place, special thanks to Darran, Becki, Mel, Adam and Connor.

GoogleNo you wouldn't have me on your system. I was with my mother in law when when came in. She has been on your system for around 2 months now. Never had a call or email about any property's. So when we came in after finding some of yours on line they had already gone. Turns out you hadn't set her up on the system correctly so had been missing out on many lovely properties
