GoogleProperty Cafe were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process of us finding, viewing and applying for our new house. Tracy and Danielle were incredibly helpful and friendly and all communication with them and the others at Property Cafe was always clear, speedy and helpful! If you're looking for a new home in the Bexhill area you can't do any better than these ladies.

GoogleAfter having a reasonably serious issue regarding our flat, our lettings manager Darren Raper went above and beyond to not only deal with the issue but also resolve the issue by the next day. Given that it was something that had the potential to be quite costly to us, he somehow managed to resolve the issue in a way that resulted in absolutely no cost at all. Totally professional, understanding and helpful. Thanks Darren.

Simply put, the Property Cafe Team went above and beyond my expectations, in attempt to deliver what can only be described as a wholly professional service, but which felt as if delivered by your best friends - they couldn't have done more. The overall staff at Property Cafe in Bexhill are amazing. Great customer service, regular up dates, always happy to help with any questions or queries you might have. GoogleThis is one of the most unprofessional agencies I have encountered in Hastings. Initially, they showed me a property, but then they completely disappeared without any follow-up. They scheduled viewings for eight other people at the same time, which was already chaotic. To make matters worse, the agent arrived 20 minutes late, leaving all of us waiting outside. When she finally arrived, I had to view the property with four other strangers, which was incredibly uncomfortable and unorganized. After the viewing, I attempted to follow up with the agent. It's now been two weeks without any response. Despite calling twice, I've received no news or updates. This entire experience has been highly frustrating and extremely unprofessional. This agency's lack of communication and disregard for their clients' time is unacceptable.
