We moved to a property cafe property in April during lockdown. We found them to be polite, professional and they made the whole process easy. In particular Tracy was very helpful in making our move happen under difficult circumstances and we are very grateful to her for that. They communicated well with us during every step of the move giving us updates. There was a slight issue with the keys on move in day but was resolved with in the hour, so cant ask for any more than that. Very pleased with the service we received. 👍PositiveProfessionalism

Initially the property cafe were fantastic Tracy and Shannon were really helpful and efficient I saw a video of the place and asked them to put an offer on immediately and they were really great in doing so and it was very smooth. Tracy throughout was really helpful and good and just generally sunny character to chat with which is exactly what you need when moving, it was only when she went away on holiday that things started to go wrong. So it was a bit of a rollercoaster ride hence the 4 start review but I managed to speak to Scott about my concerns and he sorted them. My move in date got changed as repairs were due to take place and some of them still haven't yet been done but I understand the agency is trying to make sure the landlord does this. Then when I couldn't get there on time to pick up the keys there was an intense and brief panic which I could have really done without but Tracy managed to sort it out. So overall a mixed review Tracy is great and shouldn't ever be allowed on holiday, Scott was very helpful and empathetic perhaps they should get a key box fitted. Much better experience with these guys than some other agencies I've had to deal with when trying to move.PositiveResponsiveness

Dominic was nearly always available and if he was busy his colleagues were just as helpful. The brochure of the property we purchased was very good with lots of pictures.
