GoogleDidn't get off to the best start, but to be fair, things did improve in that my calls and emails were being returned and promptly. Therefore I was more than happy to update the star rating. I was a buyer not a seller this time. I found across the board they were very accommodating with viewings and subsequent viewings, and friendly and upbeat too. Sadly though, for a few reasons, the transaction didn't go through. This wouldn't be a barrier to me using their services again.

Shannon from the Hastings office has been totally amazing sorting out even the little things I have needed sorting and talking me through stuff, even if she didn't know the answer straight away she would always find out and call me back. Highly recommend Property Cafe, Bexhill. Lovely friendly staff who always went the extra mile with regards to selling our house and were always polite, happy and extremely helpful even though I was calling them for the umpteenth time in the day to let them know about the recent developments in our property chain. I know they spoke to our solicitor and his PA several times every day as well as chasing up our buyers via their solicitors. Many thanks in particular to Becki, Adam, Mel, Jack and Connor. GoogleI was extremely impressed with the quality of the service provided by property Cafe in selling our home in Bexhill. And they got the fact that it was our home and mattered a great deal to us. The escorted visits were handled very smoothly and professionally and the market advice proved accurate. They supported our wish to put the house on the market at above the value that both they and other agents thought it would attain - and it did sell for that upper figure. We hit a substantial problem with a purchaser further down the chain but Sue at the Little Common office kept us informed and did all that she could to push the process along. I was sceptical about the value offered by estate agents but I really felt that Property Cafe worked hard for their fee and acted in our interests throughout. I would recommend them highly.

I have used them on this property for several years . One of the main issues I have is that they are slow to pick up on when clients have not paid the rent on the due date. I find it is me that discovers I have not been paid and then have to chase property café to find out reason. I get the feeling this side of the business does work as efficiently as I feel it should. Other issues work fairly well.
