Communication with me was perfectly balanced. Burgess kept me updated regularly. I never felt as though I had been forgotten about. Prompt, cheery replies to my questions and a weekly update on the progress of the sale. No marketing emails; I have never been sent emails other than information regarding the sale. The staff at Burgess have a good local knowledge and constantly update themselves with the latest market trends. So they were able to answer any questions regarding the current market situation straight away and with skill. The staff were honest and transparent even if they knew I would not like the replies. My kind of people! Of course lovely photos and advertising are important and I was pleased with the photos used but, sales are often lost after an offer has been accepted. For me one of the most important roles of an estate agent is to keep the offer moving forward, unblocking any tricky situations and keeping everyone in the loop. Burgess did not let me down here. Without a double they are the best estate agents I have ever used and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Siobhan and her team did everything possible to make a very difficult sale go as smoothly as possible. I never once had to ring for an update as this was done on a weekly as well as need to know basis. When viewings were undertaken the staff always left the property secured as they found it and I was immediately updated after each viewing. The whole chain was held together by their efficiency and expertise. I would highly recommend them and will not use any other Agents in any future sales or purchases.
