Over the years I have moved many times due to circumstances from overseas and back again, but no estate agents have been as professional and as proactive as Burgess and Co in Bexhill on Sea. Ben, Liam, Tanya and Grace were always quick to respond to any concerns I might have had, and always communicated with me from start to finish. I am now looking forward to moving into my new house, and it's all thanks to Burgess and Co.

The selling market in our price range has been somewhat depressed in the past eighteen months however from first instruction to completion Ben Davey and the team at Burgess & Co consistantly provided good advice based on what proved to be an accurate valuation. From start to finish they were professional, proactive and incredibly supportive throughout what turned out to be a longer and more complex sale than expected. Ben in particular was outstanding. He consistently kept me updated, chased both sides when needed, and was often the only person providing clear and timely communication when other parties were slow to respond. His persistence and transparency genuinely helped keep the transaction moving forward. Absolutely outstanding estate agents. We switched to Burgess after an awful time with Greystones. The two companies could not be more different. From the start Burgess were ultra efficient, friendly and highly professional, while maintaining a great sense of humour. The reason why I would praise Burgess so much, was they actually did everything they said they would do. We have bought and sold a lot of properties over the years, and never found an estate agents who kept their promises!! Every viewing, they rang with feedback, came up with ‘new’ ways of promoting the house and were always aware of what was happening with the house and daily markets. I really cannot recommend Burgess highly enough, and would say if you are selling your house, look no further. You definitely will not be disappointed. Thank you Burgess, you were superb.

From start to finish we have been really impressed with every contact with Burgess & co. Paul and Liam were both excellent with the sales process and engaging with prospective buyers. Ben was superb at clear communication throughout the sale, keeping us really well informed.
