He consistently kept me updated, chased both sides when needed, and was often the only person providing clear and timely communication when other parties were slow to respond. His persistence and transparency genuinely helped keep the transaction moving forward. Selling a property can be stressful, but having an estate agent who is responsive, calm and genuinely invested in getting the job done properly makes all the difference. Absolutely outstanding estate agents. We switched to Burgess after an awful time with Greystones. The two companies could not be more different. From the start Burgess were ultra efficient, friendly and highly professional, while maintaining a great sense of humour. The reason why I would praise Burgess so much, was they actually did everything they said they would do. We have bought and sold a lot of properties over the years, and never found an estate agents who kept their promises!! Every viewing, they rang with feedback, came up with ‘new’ ways of promoting the house and were always aware of what was happening with the house and daily markets. I really cannot recommend Burgess highly enough, and would say if you are selling your house, look no further. You definitely will not be disappointed. Thank you Burgess, you were superb.

Ben was superb at clear communication throughout the sale, keeping us really well informed.
