GoogleWe bought our new house from Burgess and Co. We were involved in a very large chain of 6-8 properties. There were no end off issues throughout the process; many well known agents were involved in the chain. I can honestly say, that without Burgess and Co co-ordinating the after sales the chain would most definately have collapsed. They were truly amazing and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. If we moved house again we wouln't even consider another agent. They were professional, honest, timely, reliable and went above and beyond. Thank you Burgess and Co

GoogleWe moved from Southend on Sea to Bexhill on Sea and our first contact with an Estate Agent was Burgess and Co. From that first visit we have always been greeted so warmly with smiles and time to listen to us. All the staff at Burgess and Co have been wonderful, especially Tom, TIna, Siobhan, Natasha and Natalie. Their caring attitude is a credit to them and nothing is too much trouble. Finding our rental home with Natasha and Natalie was so easy and when we found a place to buy and then pulled out, no problems. We have now found our permanent home and TIna and Siobhan have always been so attentive and helpful, keeping us in the loop with progress, always fully understanding the situation and making sure the buying process proceeded with no hitches. GoogleExcellent service, Erica was extremely helpful. I have used Burgess about 3 times now and they make the whole purchase experience less fraught than usual. Burgess are a professional company who put service to the client first. The only thing I would have liked would have been to meet someone from Burgess at the property to take the meter readings and hand over the keys. Other than that, excellent and highly recommended.

GoogleEstate agents don't always get very good press, but I must say that Burgess and Co have been excellent in what has been a very stressfull period. The sale of our property went through without a glitch, but due to delays in the upper chain things dragged on and on, during which period Liam and Ben could not have done more to keep things moving. Both acted professionally and were very proactive and friendly and kept us informed. I almost miss the daily chats!

GoogleWe have just purchased a property who was up with Burgess & Co and every member of the team were fantastic from day one. Liam booked us in for our first viewing of a house which didn’t work out for us however the lovely Tanya shared a place after a conversation and getting to know what we were after and we viewed it that same week and fell in love with it. We had our offer accepted and spoke with Ben who was great. He made what is a very BIG and daunting process very clear and easy. Tanya then met us a further two times at the property for us to have things checked before signing contracts and was never too much trouble. She remembered all the little details and was great with our son so we could look at the details without worrying about him running riot in the house. From start to finish Burgess & Co have been amazing and can’t thank them enough for helping us find and complete on our dream family home. Can’t wait to get the keys very soon!!! GoogleBurgess and Co are quite simply the best estate agents around. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate staff made our sale as easy to complete as they could and went above and beyond to get find buyers, show the house and support us through the whole process. When we had difficulties with our purchase they were happy to advise even though they were not directly selling the property. Will 100% recommend them.

The only person I met face to face was Tanya at the viewing, she was on time, pleasant, informative and gave a helpful response to my many questions. Then followed by a few pleasant phone calls from Liam and Paul, I was interested to move forward to purchase. Neither of the 2 young men placed me under pressure to move forward and we're helpful and understanding to my position.All via the telephone. Then followed Ben with the excellent first class guidence all the way through the purchase process.Such a caring, helpful response and perfect timing when I was having difficulties.
