Dear Debbie, We are sorry to see that you have left an unsatisfactory rating. You have left the review on the Burgess & Co Sales page but unfortunately we cannot find any record of your dealings with us in our sales office. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss any issues you may have had and clarify the reasons for this disappointing review. Please contact us should you so wish on 01424 22 22 55 and hopefully we can get to the bottom of any issues you may have experienced.
