TrustpilotEfficient maintenance by the team
I have been dealing with Linley & Simpson with regard to my let property in Leeds and some repairs that needed to be done urgently. Nicole in the maintenance team has been supporting us with this and quickly obtained some quotes, arranged the repair and provided regular, polite updates as the works proceeded. The whole process has been very smooth and it is very reassuring to know that issues like this will be dealt with efficiently by the Linley and Simpson team!

We were quite excited regarding a property we had seen online. I decided to call and enquire to hopefully arrange a viewing. I was put on hold by a young girl on three occasions who didn't sound like she knew what she was doing only to be told the property had been let! I would like to add the property which was situated in Methley stated clearly on the website that the property would be "Available from 20/7/2024.Bad management when she didn't even know what properties were on their website to start with but then not to change the property details is again unacceptable. I don't like my time being wasted, nobody would.I would not use this "Agent" again. I had no choice but to leave one star which I had to do very reluctantly.

We apologise for the less-than-ideal experience you had when you called. The agent who assisted you is our new apprentice, having started just a few days ago. Unfortunately, she didn't get a chance to inform you of this, which might have helped explain why she seemed less knowledgeable than expected.The property you inquired about has recently been let, and our website will soon be updated to reflect its 'Let Agreed' status as part of our standard process. The date you mention is the date the property is available to move into and this is the correct date.The rental market moves very quickly, as you are likely noticing. We wish you the best in your continued property search.

Worst people I ever dealt with management don't care. I apply studio flat in leeds city center 11th I meant to move in 30th! Still replying to bot on goodlord. Whole process helpless. I work with many years martin and co just cross the road very professional and honest people. They want me to pay £9.500 all year while whole country in crissis beyond joke never dealing with this company. Amina been star from beginning to end management should go cross road and learn something from them.
