Booked a viewing with Linley & Simpson and was booked in with Amina on Tuesday to view a couple of flats. Immediately we clicked and it was a pleasure to walk around the city centre looking at apartment options. She was very knowledgeable and I could tell she had loads of experience in negotiating and dealing with clients as she was very professional and helpful. When chatting whilst walking to an apartment she said she liked her job because she enjoys helping people, and I really felt that as she called back later on and checked in with how I was getting on with my decisions. Overall, superstar customer service!

During my house viewing, I went with Grace, she was polite, friendly and very professional, Kate also came in the scene and she was very good, working with her was great , Alexander also came into the scene , he was good too and Megan also did a great job. There are alot of people who came in the scene that I can't remember their names, a very big thanks to the office team they were always ready to pick up my calls , calls were being answered quickly and you always get what you want. Had really good experiences with individual members of the team - notably Holly Searchfield - as our tenancy was coming to an end, my partner unfortunately ended up in intensive care, so I couldn’t move out of the house by the pre-agreed date. She was so patient with the whole situation and really made such a stressful time that little bit easier to deal with. She even followed up a couple of weeks later to check in on him, which was so unnecessarily kind. On the other hand, we had a lot of disappointing experiences with Linley and Simpson as a whole - it took them weeks to sort out a leak that was causing black mould to form around our electrical socket and that was warping all our floors. Our bed broke and needed replacing but all they did was send a handyman that screwed a piece of wood into the bottom of it. The 3 seater sofa that came with the flat needed replacing (simply due to old age/wear and tear), but they replaced it with a two seater chair that is closer to a dentist waiting room chair. When I got in touch with them, their reply was essentially “well there’s two of you on the tenancy and it’s a two seater” - the chair literally wasn’t big enough for us to sit next to each other side by side (we’re of average build). Ended up biting our tongue a lot because it felt like arguing with a brick wall over something that could and should have been so easily fixed

I am a first time mover and have been in my new property for almost 4 months now and I have never had an issue whatsoever. Any time I have made a call through for a maintenance issue or advice, I always get exactly what I need from Lisa.Recently I've had an issue with my bills as a third-party company have been less than competent at their job and I discussed it with Lisa and even though it is something that Linley and Simpson do not deal with or are a part of, she answered every question I had and I'm now hopefully completely sorted with the pesky third party and can enjoy stress free living hopefully!

I was in touch with Brad, Declan and Hamaad who identified what I was looking for and offered me a variety of options to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised when on my visited I was updated that I will be able to view more than one option on my visit to Leeds where Declan took the time to update me and show different options available. Seeing their positivity and professionalism makes me feel extremely comfortable liaising with them and further with the company and its branches across the UK. Highly recommed them !!!!!
