From finding the my tenancy at my current address was going to be terminated. I can say that collectively the team in the Beverley branch have been very helpful and reassuring Mairi advising me with the plans and what to do nextI would recommend Linley to other people, not just at this time but throughout my lease of over 10 years, I have never had any issues / problems which haven't been resolved

Sophia took the time to show me two properties, both within 30-45 minutes period, thoroughly answered all my questions, and offered valuable advice. She even encouraged me to ask questions from existing tenants to ensure all my concerns were addressed. While my experience with L&S for my current tenancy has been mixed, Sophia’s professionalism and dedication is exemplary for helping us find a new property to let after weeks of no luck with other agencies, and so I would highly recommend her.

Throughout this period, we came to understand why they are regarded as one of the best agencies in the market. Our experience with them was very positive! Every time we encountered an issue in our apartment, it was typically addressed in a prompt and efficient manner. In out last flat, we were mainly supported by Matt Kendrick and he handled our concerns with care and professionalism. For instance, when we requested a new mattress upon moving into the flat, it was delivered within two days! This level of responsiveness significantly contributed to our satisfaction!We are very grateful for the service and support provided by Linley and Simpson.

I am a tenant, and my bathtub faucet was leaking. I notified the maintenance staff, and a repair technician was scheduled to fix it on the same day. Unfortunately, the issue was not just the faucet; the pipe in the wall was also leaking. After understanding the situation, the maintenance staff immediately contacted the landlord, and the repair was quickly resolved. I appreciate the maintenance staff's prompt response and the technician's thorough work.

We've had a brilliant experience with Linley and Simpson.We were shown around the property we wanted to rent by Kelly Boot, who was very welcoming and presented the house to us, covering all the questions we were going to ask. Best of all Kelly promised to get the application forms over to us that same afternoon even though the office had closed (it was a Saturday) and she did indeed do so, which is rare these days. Everyone involved in the process so far has been lovely, informative and helpful as we secured a rental and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Linley and Simpson to those looking to buy or rent. Really good sign on process, Nicola and Lisa were really helpful. Sometimes when we reported to maintenance it was hit and miss but I'd just ask Nicola to sort it and she did.

I had a great experience with Amina who showed me around a few properties when I was looking last month. She was thoughtful and very friendly. I was especially impressed by her recommending some apartments that I hadn't booked on. This felt tailored and was really valued as I was coming in by train from another city to look.Overall a very good experience. I'm only knocking off one star because I'm waiting for the company to get back to me about a repair I put in for 8 days ago (a broken blind that I noticed on the first day moving in). I'll gladly knock it up to 5 when that's all sorted!

I was recommended the team at Headingley L&S by a friend of mine and the staff there were fantastic. My sale was looked after by Kieran (and Ryan, in Kieran's absence) and they just did their absolute best to ensure a smooth sale for us. We lived at our rented property for a year and I have nothing bad to say about Linley and Simpson. Always very responsive with queries and always dealt with any issues with the property. Throughout the tenancy, I dealt primarily with Will Stipetic, the senior property manager who always kept us informed of any inspections that needed to be conducted, and was never unreasonable if we had to change dates for any inspections or work that needed to be carried out.
