I don’t normally leave too many reviews but I just wanted to say how impressed I was at the quality of service I received by Linley & simpson last month when I was looking for a place to live . From right at the start When Mark Clayton showed me around the flat , very knowledgeable with the questions I asked and straightforward talking about the next steps I should take , it left me feeling at ease with the whole process all the way to signing over the final documents in the office with ease , highly recommend! 👏👏

He kept me informed through the entire process right up until the submission of our application and made everything super straight forward. The agent that showed us around, named Carrie, was very calm and respectful, she explain in details what we needed to know even before asking and answered questions in a respectful way. When feeling the form online, the agent that we spoke to also calmly helped us by showing a great customer service skills, I was not disappointed in any stage of the application so far, however, I’ll appreciate if response is given as soon as possible

Kieran did a great job of getting my rental property sold. As a long term rental it wasn't the most desirable property and in need of a bit of a refresh. It was on the market for a while but he was always positive and confident the right buyer would find it and kept pushing through the viewings. He also offered some alternative options / strategies for optimising the eventual sale price.

When I called Linley and Simpson to enquire about a rental property I was very impressed with the way Aiden Hamilton quickly arranged an appointment. In the meantime a second appointment was made for me to view another property. Aiden met me at both properties at the appointed times and I was very impressed with his friendly, professional and helpful approach. Unfortunately neither properties were suitable and Aiden said he was very sorry and would let me know if somewhere more suitable became avaiable.

I have found Tom to be quick to respond to requests and questions and very helpful in his responses, whether I have been asking for information or advice. As well as being efficient, I have found Tom to be both patient and polite in dealing with my questions and requests for information, which I believe is very important in this situation.

Hi, It was a lovely meeting today the inspection time with Ebony Robinson .She is a lovely person and good behaviour with us especially to our child . She is a good listener who listen carefully about our doubts and gave clear clarifications . She has made her duty without interruption of ours .Their service is outstanding.Our friend referred to us this agency .Even we have a child we got this . We also suggesting to many of our friends about this agency . When we got a problem regarding the boiler , they resolved that issue without delay . We are maintaining this property as same as our own home .
