Having been impressed with the original purchase of our property through this company many years ago they were my go to now I'm approaching a time to move again. My call to book a valuation to Louise was dealt with efficiently and was stress free. Within a few days a lovely knowledgeable lady Sylvia promptly arrived, valued the property and followed up with a confirmation of this the same day. All questions I had were answered and it was clear that the professional service we received years ago has been maintained.

The team at Property Hive have all been fantastic on my journey to sell my first home! I chose this local estate agents because Sylvia made me feel at ease and comfortable straight away at the point of valuation. Ruby was quickly in touch when I confirmed I wanted to sell my home with Property Hive, and I knew immediately she would look after me and the sale of my property. She has been efficient, communicative and so easy to deal with. The marketing was very effective, the Virtual tour is a brilliant addition to the photos on the selling sites and I quickly had several viewings, that the team took off my hands so I didn’t need to worry about that either. It has been, not just an easy process with the team at Property Hive, but also an enjoyable one!

Sylvia came to my home and did a property valuation as I am thinking of selling my property. Sylvia was very knowledgeable about my home and those around me plus the area and estate in which I live. I felt very confident in her due to this knowledge and expertise. She is also a very friendly and kind lady, very easy to talk to and get along with. Also Hives fees are very good. I had another agent round later in the day and she valued my house at £80,000 less and was going to s=charge me TRIPLE of what Hive will. Hive and Sylvia all the way for me :)

The Property Hive have just acted as the agent selling my mum’s house. From start to completion they were friendly, helpful and professional. The house was listed quickly and presented well. We were kept updated by them throughout the process, which was invaluable as it took several months after an offer had been accepted. In the early stages Michelle kept us updated and over the course of the sale process a special mention to Chloe who requested regular feedback from both sets of solicitors, updated us at least every week, responded quickly to any questions we had and proved invaluable when we needed to chase up the solicitors. My Mum was delighted with them and we would recommend their services.

Today we had Sylvia from Hive come & value our house. What I thought would be a worrying process was so easy & enjoyable. She was professional & friendly right from the start making it easy to show her our home. It was lovely to hear her praise for our house & how well it hopefully will do which was so encouraging. She was very thorough explaining the process which was excellent & the prices we both found extremely resonable. We were told to ring if we had any more questions we would never be a bother. The photographer is coming tomorrow for pictures & hopefully our home will be up in 24/48 hours which is so quick!! Can not fault this estate agents at all i recommended them above anyone else! We had our house valued within 2 days the property was on the market within an hour of our property being on the market it had viewings booked! There has been houses on my estate that have been up for sale for 2 years with other company’s so i decided to go with the hive as i had seen property’s around me sell instantly i didn’t even get quotes of other company’s! I DO NOT regret it at all.
