GoogleSylvia and the team at The Property Hive Doncaster are amazing at what they do. I have previously purchased a property from them, sold a property with them and are now in the process of selling another property with them… so I can certainly give them 5 stars for their incredible service! Each and every member of staff I have encountered with my numerous contacts to the office have been very professional and equally as personable. They communicate in an open, clear and honest way and are brilliant at giving frequent updates. I will continue to use The Property Hive Doncaster for future house sales and would recommend others to do the same. * Updated now our house is under offer*. Thank you to Abbie and Katie for getting our property under offer. They have both worked incredibly hard to secure us a buyer and have kept us updated all along our journey so far. I am confident both Abbie and Katie will get us to completion and I will update my review once this has happened. Thank you Property Hive!

GoogleAfter trying to arrange viewings all week with several venders across Doncaster I have come to the conclusion that The Property Hive are the only ones who actually want to help their customers. They actually answer the phones, they suggest other potential properties to view, they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and even email you after most points of contact! Great customer service and honestly the only estate agent I would consider selling with in the future considering my experiences as a buyer in the area.
Hi Maddy, thank you so much for the kind words, we are beyond thrilled to hear how our experience compares to other agents in the area as we aim to revolutionise the way estate agencies work to provide the best and most efficient customer service. We look forward to working with you in the future and appreciate your co-operation with feedback too 😊

GoogleMade an initial appointment for a valuation, they were very understanding when I had to change date. Sent email reminder and called the day before to check it was still convenient. sylvia.mugglestone called me to tell me she was on the way. Very considerate that I had to travel to the property. Sylvia explained process and price. We agreed upon minimum sale price. 3D video and brochure and agreed contract and details by the following day. Property marketed within one day. Fingers crossed sale and price will be as positive as valuation process. Update. Could not fault the services of property hive. Really personal service and was always available. Chased slow solicitors and kept in contact regarding buyers. Fully recommend would use again.
Thank you for your wonderful review Jacqui. It is great to hear you have had a positive start with Sylvia and we look forward to selling the property for you.
