GoogleThe whole experience of dealing with the good folks at The Property Hive has been enriching in establishing the essence of good customer service. Jo has been my contact at TPH for a very long time it took to get the property sold (due to solicitor issues and nothing to do with TPH). Not once did I feel any drop in the enthusiasm with which they approached the whole transaction. I am thankful for the timely checks and help they have provided at every stage of the sale. In what was incredibly stressful in many other ways, TPH were an absolute joy to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout, they were a beacon of light in an otherwise fairly bleak process. I was most impressed by how proactive they were, providing regular updates, issuing milestones in real time and never had to be chased. All of this was done with a personal touch and a genuine commitment to help. Having just put our house on the market we have found that most of the properties we have viewed so far are with 'The Hive'... a lovely company to deal with... in the office and out on viewings... Arthur and Liz have been more than accommodating with days and times of our viewings and closely followed up by Kate Dale in the Office based in Bessacarr... always nice to deal with people who are friendly and helpful... thank you😊
