GoogleThe team at The Property Hive have been brilliant from start to finish as always. This time we were letting a property for the first time with them. Previously we’ve managed the process ourselves but with all the legislation involved now we thought it best to let a professional Estate Agent manage the process and advise on everything that needed to be in place. The Property Hive and Steph were there for us every step of the way from valuation to property let. All completed in just 7 days. The Property Hive do the photos, marketing, viewings and then the credit checks, referencing and right to rent. They will also ensure the EPC, Gas Safety and Electrical Condition Report are all done if required. We were notified of the viewings and the people who were interested. Once the viewings were completed we then had a discussion around the best candidates with the ultimate decision being ours (Steph’s advice was valuable) All in all a great service from a great team!

GoogleDuring the process of buying a house with Property I have found them to be very professional and helpful. In particular Michelle and Chloe have been great, nothing was too much trouble and I found them to be very re-assuring and putting my mind at ease when I bombarded them with questions. Overall anyone I had contact with were responsive, very helpful and professional. Call out to Chloe who has been very flexible when wishing to view the property on more than one occasion

GoogleI have to say the service I received was professional, informative and at times very empathetic. My dealings were with Joanne Hempsall who I have to say is an asset to property hive. She went over and above what would have been expected She was always helpful and in moments of sheer frustration she was a calming influence and nothing was too much trouble. Even when I collected keys the team at Domcaster were really welcoming and wished me all the best, excellent experience.

GoogleI can’t fault this company in any way. I had a very bad experience with Robinson’s, my house was for sale for 16 months with them with around 8 viewings. I swapped to Hive and within a week my house had sold with others interested. Queen Bee was excellent as were all the other workers bees I had contact with. Excellent service, cheerful, polite, efficient and THEY SELL HOUSES, there’s quite a buzz about the place. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
