We appointed The Property Hive to act as our agent whilst selling our late mother’s home. It was a pleasure to meet with Sylvia initially, whose in-depth understanding of the local property market put us at east straight away. She kindly took the time to discuss any worries we had and offered advice above and beyond her remit, such as recommendations for the house clearance. Refreshingly, we were not pressured when we were unable to put the house on the market immediately, which was a welcome relief. Throughout the process, we dealt with a variety of staff, including Abbie, Ruby, Louise, and Michelle, all of whom we appreciate for their diligence, professionalism, and kindness. We would especially like to thank Chloe for her assistance during the final stages of the sale. She liaised with our buyers, kept us regularly updated with the progress and even arranged a boiler service! Every request was warmly accommodated and quickly handled. We cannot thank Chloe and the team enough for helping make an emotive sale proceeded with ease and would highly recommend The Property Hive to anyone in the area wishing to buy or sell a home.

I can not comment on the service after the valuation as we then sold our property privately and did not need to use an agent in the end. We did however believe that HIVE could absolutely sell our property and would recommend anyone to atleast get a valuation done with them.

Bit different to other reviewers in that I was a buyer. I did end up purchasing a property and moved in recently. Highlights of the service was the online booking service making it easy to schedule viewings. 3D scans of the property allowing me to review elements that I might have missed and give a better idea on what the house survey was talking about. I felt the communication was good and the prompting to keep the ball rolling helpful. I did raise question during the viewing that seemed to get lost and had to be reiterated. After the property has been accepted any viewing are then done via phone calls. Seems a shame when the online form worked well. As you can see my complaints are very pedantic thought, I’d include them for realism’s sake if you had to put a gun to my head these would be the few, I could come up with :D

My experience with Property Hive has been very positive so far. When Sylvia came to value my property I was very unsure about the process. She put me at ease straight away and explained everything to me. There was no pressure to go on the market straight away and I was given plenty of time to make my decision. Very genuine knowledgeable lady. Once I decided to go ahead Louise contacted me and has been very helpful and supportive throughout. Nothing too much trouble. I cannot recommend the Property Hive enough. Sylvia Mugglestone and her team are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble from the moment contact is made to raise a viewing for a valuation through to the day of the sale. They even assisted us with negotiating the purchase of our new house. Sylvia has a bubbly outlook on life and makes you feel at ease from the moment you meet her. We wouldn't go anywhere else if we ever move/sell again and certainly would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. They offer the full package and have loads of contacts so can point you in the direction of solicitors, moving companies etc.

I recently purchased my bungalow through hive Estate agents and was put in touch with chloe. This was a move for my wife and i after being at our previous property for more than twenty years,for this reason we found it a constant struggle with the new way of doing things with constant emails and endless documents to print at home. Chloe was so understanding to our prehistoric ways and personally made it her mission to bridge the gap between old and new. Our personal move consisted of a straight forward vacant property and a first time buyers scenario, which should have been uncomplicated, but made stressful by solicitors that didn't seem to be able to communicate with each other. Chloe took the weight off our shoulders and communicated with both and ensured our move finally came together. I decided to use The Property Hive because I had seen a house near by go up for sale and sell in a very short amount of time. They did not disappoint, from begining to end. Sylvia came out to value my property, Sylvia was punctual, friendly, bubbly, profesional and knowledgeable and most of all on point with her valuation. A sum a little higher than the asking price was secured! The following day Lucy came to my property to take photos and to complie the selling page for the website which was very well done. Lucy again, was profesional, friendly, punctual and trustworthy. As the sale progressed both Michelle and Chloe both kept me informed with what was progressing and liased with my solicitor, the buyers solicitor and mortgage lender respectively. On top of this Chloe somehow worked some magic and managed to 'save the day' for me and get the buyers mortgage lender to agree to stay on track for an agreed completion date rather than putting it off to a later date. Which wouldn't have worked well for me, so I was extreamley grateful to Chloe for this! If I could have given these guys 6 stars I would have, I highly recommend using The Property Hive! Thank you guys once again.

We recently sold and bought properties Hive. I was so pleased with the photographs and video of my house. It showed it off perfectly which subsequently generated a lot of interest in my property. The Property Hive notified me quickly and efficiently of all the viewings and provided prompt feedback from potential buyers. In the meantime we were sent links of available properties for sale and The Property Hive always provided all the information we needed. I would particularly like to thank Michelle Nuttall for her expert negotiating skills with our vendor to get the deal we needed on a house we loved and are now living in.
