Having sold my home with The Hive, I can confidently recommend this friendly, efficient team. I was pleased that the whole team, through weekly meetings, were all aware of my sales progress. I must have spoken to every member of staff, and I felt that they all did their utmost to help. However, from day one to completion, I was supported by Louise, who's up to date knowledge of the ever changing market led to a sale at a difficult time for sellers. Louise was in regular contact and was always available by phone or email to answer any questions or concerns that were dealt with immediately. Louise gained by complete trust and respect.

Chris has been absolutely amazing. He has seen me and my partner through the purchase of our first house together and with neither of us having much experience in buying properties before, Chris has been very informative and patient with us throughout. Tanya has also been amazing in assisting in the sale of my property. Both have kept us up to date along the process and couldn’t have been more helpful! After 40 years of home ownership, this was my first experience of renting a property and at long distance too, as we are moving almost 200 miles. Georgia, at The Property Hive, has been brilliant. Firstly we would like to thank all the staff at The Property Hive for being so helpful, knowledgeable and we we're made to feel very welcome when we visited them in the Property Hive shop. Initially we we're guided by Melanie Lawrence who dealt with viewing appointments etc we we're kept up-to-date at every stage. Once a buyer was found we said goodbye to Melanie and hello to Joanne Hempsall to guide us through the legal process. As we didn't have a solicitor we we're guided to use Nexa Law who did all the legal stuff on behalf of the Property Hive. Things moved at pace we we're introduced to Wesley Emms and Sara Kay who looked after us and any issues were dealt with very quickly then out of the blue we got a date for completion and exchange of contracts . From advertising the property for sale to completion took only 6 weeks. We would like to thank everyone who was involved with everything during the sale as we we're also dealing with a bereavement at the same time. So once again a big thank you to all concerned. We wouldn't have any reservations in using The Property Hive and Nexa Law in the future Chris and Cheryl

The Property Hive have been absolutely amazing with our sale (that's an understatement!) When we first contacted them they came out within 2 days for a valuation and they then organised photos to be taken the same day! We first sold our house within 8 days but sadly, the week we were due to exchange it fell through. The house was immediately re-listed and Melanie (and the team) did everything they could to get us another sale (in a very different market!) We accepted another offer & then Jo took over. Jo was amazing from the very start, she kept us entirely up to date throughout the whole process & always phoned us with important updates. Nothing was too much to ask of anyone at The Property Hive. With all the heartache of our sale falling through & re-selling Jo (& the team) have managed it wonderfully! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Property Hive to anyone!

We've been on the market with Hive after our first sale fell through (no fault of Hives) however, the service afterwards has been great, good communication, found us potentially 4 more buyers within a couple of weeks! I’ve used The Property Hive twice now, and on both occasions they have been absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, the service has been professional, supportive, and genuinely personal. What really stands out is how they make you feel like more than just a client, they take the time to talk to you, get to know you, and truly understand your needs. From my initial phone call about wanting to sell a property I have been extremely impressed by the knowledge, friendliness & support of all the staff at the Edenthorpe Property Hive, e.g., Jo, Melanie, Abbie, Tanya, Cameron. I think the process of selling a home is complicated under the English law, e.g., that when a buyer agrees to buy your home it is not guaranteed until the contracts have actually been exchanged, which can be months of worry about this falling through. However, the staff above liaised closely with the solicitors to ensure that all of the steps were completed asap from the buyer & seller & constantly kept me informed. Huge thank you again to an amazing team of people at the Property Hive branch who I would strongly recommend to anyone wanting to sell their property.

The Property Hive team have done a great job of selling my house. The house went on the market at a time when the property market was starting to struggle so this made the situation difficult. Add in the fact that they had to deal with the two house owners that were divorcing made this a volatile situation for all. Louise was our main contact and she did a great job of keeping me informed and being upfront, open and honest to ensure I fully understood where the sale was at. Unfortunately two sales fell through at no fault of the Hive team but now the house is sold I couldn't be happier.
