Sylvia is a breath of fresh air from the other local agents!! Sylvia is very knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. GoogleWell what can I say....firstly....what a lovely company, we seen a house for sale with Hive, enquired and not looked back since. From first communication and may I add quite a few revisits to the same house for viewings, we have found that the staff are very friendly and accommodating, kept us up to date with every little detail, and may I add we are only half way through our sale. Lorraine, I think she's the manageress, and her staff are impeccable, they are always on the end of the phone, if anything crops up, they are straight onto the matter, big or small, Hive are doing a fabulous job so far and I'm sure it won't be long before we are in, so a big Thank you Lorraine and staff, you are simply the best, u look forward to finishing the sale and giving an even better update, Kind regards, Mrs Smith xx

GoogleI have recently started renting a house through The Property hive. Excellent service from the first point of contact. Ruby and Jaime have been very professional and provided excellent service. They have kept good regular contact with myself and a very quick in their responses. I have also visited the estate agent and the staff. There are very nice and friendly. GoogleAs a landlord, I can highly recommend The Property Hive (particularly Ruby) for full management services. I switched letting agents, after a terrible, terrible experience with another local company (that I was recommended by the person I bough the property off). Please read the fantastic reviews from the Property Hive to make sure you avoid this with another company. Ruby has had to deal with various issues which were either not sorted by the previous agent, or claimed to have been sorted and weren’t. With each issue she has swiftly got tradesmen out to quote and checked for approval with me before authorising any works. I don’t live locally so it’s invaluable to have someone efficient (and friendly) to resolve issues at the property and so it’s a hands off investment. Also, to ensure the tenants feel looked after and issues are resolved for them (which they weren’t previously). I’ve mainly dealt with Ruby, but have spoken to other colleagues on the phone at the beginning, who are equally as friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for landlord services and I will use them to find future tenants, or for when I sell the property later down the line.
Alice, renting out your home can be a daunting prospect and as you can testify, not every company is the same or takes their responsibility seriously. Here at The Property Hive we recognise the needs of our tenants and landlords and colleagues like Ruby are professionals dedicated to serving our customer's best interests. GoogleJo and the team at the Property Hive have been fantastic from our offer being accepted right up until completion. We had a slight issue with the onward chain but they were there to reassure us and keep us updated with what was happening. They also provided regular updates throughout the purchase and were always on hand to answer any questions we had whilst also helping chase our solicitors. GoogleAfter looking at the market and inviting different agents to do valuations before selling my property i went with Hive. The agent we dealt with was Sylvia. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and obviously knew the market well. Multiple viewings were arranged as soon as it went to market and the house was sold in a week. GoogleSelling a house shouldn't be this easy, surely. We chose to use The Property Hive because they are our local estate agent and we're so glad we did. On the valuation visit I met with the wonderful Sylvia who filled me with confidence with her knowledge and professionalism, and because she had done her research was able to give a great valuation on our property. We went ahead and our property went on the market on Thursday. We were now in the safe hands of the lovely Fiona, for whom nothing is too much trouble. So we receive a call from Fiona after just one day on the market with a viewing, and as a result of a successful viewing we receive an offer on our property 2 days later and after a little consideration we asked Fiona if she could negotiate a better offer from the buyer and hey presto, only the full asking price. All is going well so far and I feel confident of a smooth sale. All the ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend The Property Hive. Selling your house really can be this easy.

We used them to sell our old house (which sold the same day it was put on the market) and now they've sold our current house within 2 weeks of it being on the market! The Property Hive always go above and beyond for their clients, making sure they get you the best deal. If your selling your house, without question, you should be selling it with hive. A personal thanks to Sylvia, you never fail to amaze me!
