TrustpilotSequence rental - AVOID!
Sequence rental are possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Overpriced, inept, and seem to totally forget that as a landlord it is me that pays for their service. Tenants did not report a leak that caused my wooden worktops to rot, to replace them will cost nearly £800 but am being told this is fair wear and tear and I can not claim for them to be replaced! Poor service from start to finish.

GoogleMy experience was pretty appalling. They talked a very good talk when I engaged them, but six weeks later they'd failed to get a valuation done and hadn't got my flat onto the market. They didn't contact me to explain the delay. Eventually I emailed them telling them not to bother and that I would go elsewhere. They didn't even acknowledge. Shortly after this nonsense, an identical flat in the same block as mine sold for a decent price - so thanks to them, I missed a potential buyer.

GoogleWe instructed Brown & Merry to help us sell our House. We wanted to emigrate to sunnier climes and were pushed for time as we had already found a house to move to abroad. Despite trying to sell in a very difficult market, Amir Ghomshei and his wonderful team in Berkhamsted did a brilliant job and sold the house. We wanted to do a little test of the market to start with, albeit in January, not a great time either, that proved a little slow. So, on the expert advice of the Team we took the house off the market for a while and 're-branded'. Having put the house back on at the end of April this year for prime selling time, we were delighted to have two offers within 3 weeks. The team make you feel like you are definitely part of it, if you want to be. They are very professional, work very hard, unsociable hours even. They are dedicated and have helped us achieve our dream. Thank you to everyone, you were awesome.

List bait properties that are no longer available and continually fail to return calls over a number of weeks, despite multiple commitments 'to come right back' when followed up. The Dfferent excuses provided each time. Serious question marks re: the ethics of this place, and that's before we get on to their complete lack of basic professionalism. As a buyer I would not consider buying anywhere listed by this lot, even if I really liked the place... plenty of other professional outfits that do manage basic things like returning calls etc out there. Potential buyers and sellers beware. AVOID.

I cannot recommend Brown and Merry's mortgage services enough! Loren Telford who is the Mortgage services manager helped me with my Buy to let Mortgage and is absolutely brilliant, she knows her job inside out, goes above and beyond to deliver. If it wasn't for Loren, I wouldn't of been able to get this buy to let property that I've just purchased. she's amazing and I highly recommend her services to anyone.

MK branch will require you to work with their mortgage advisor in order to view or make offers for their listings. Most agencies will ask you if you want that and probably will give advantages for those who do so, but specifically asking you to do that over the phone and lie to say the vendor wants that specifically, that's just utterly disgusting.
