Brown and Merry helped me from the beginning of my sale to the completion. Martin, Justin, Allan and Charlotte answered all my queries, helped me with my papers, updates over the phone and regular emails, going to them in person. All sales advisors were helpful and polite.

MK branch has constantly facilitated a service which borderline harassed me on my way out, poor communication, a complete inability to take any information down, and refused to give me correct information such as the inventory from when I moved in.Zero control over their awful landlords either!

Very poor, pushed into an ealier move date when there was no oven, zero communication, sent wrong tenancy agreement, only getting the correct one a day before the move (copy and paste really, which when questioned told it can't be changed take this email as confromation that's ok). No commutation after moving in.

I rented a house via Brown & Merry / Sequence UK for a year. During the tenancy nothing was repaired and the I was chasing deposit return for over a month! This company really don't give a s**t about their customers once they have your money!

GoogleI would highly recommend the team at Berkhamsted Brown & Merry if you are considering a local estate agent - I was tempted to use an online one but I'm very glad I didn't. From start to finish they have been extremely helpful & attentive and most importantly they sold my flat quickly and efficiently. A fantastic friendly team who I wouldn't hesitate using again.

Once we found 'the one', Amir helped us navigate through the legal process, taking us through to exchange - always on hand to help and was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend.

Sophie might be young but she could sell snow to the Eskimos! Always got me new tenants within days, often with a choice! Nicole too has always been extremely efficient. Both put an awful lot of enthusiasm into their work. The best letting agents that I have used.

GoogleHad a very smooth sale and purchase through Brown and Merry. The time turnaround was tight and there was a survey issue to deal with, but Amir guided the completion though safely. all the team were professional and pleasant to deal with, which really makes a difference. Highly recommended.

GoogleEilish who works in the mortgage advice area is fantatsic, she is really friendly and very knowledgable. Eilish always takes the time to explain things in a clear and easy way to esnure you understand all the options avilable. I wouldnt use anyone else but her again!
