Would 100% recommend. Lloyd, Darren, Stephanie and Anita have been absolutely brilliant! We initially used another local estate agent and hadn't sold in 9 months. After 4 days of being on the market with Williams and Donovan we'd sold! Communication has been 1st class throughout. We always got feedback about viewings without having to ask. After selling the team were always one step ahead of the solicitors, and gave us helpful information to assist with the exchange and completion process. Couldn't be happier with the service and would use them again :D

We bought our new family home from williams and Donovan, it was a very stressful time for us due to our buyers solicitor delaying things and if it was ever gonna happen but all the staff are amazing and Stephanie and Anita are so kind. always got back to us by phone if I had any questions about the property we was buying. We was also gifted a bottle of drink and a new home card when we collected our Keys, which was so lovely .We would highly recommend williams and Donovan.

After having an awful experience with another estate agent we decided to put our trust in Williams and Donovan, not only did they assist with a tenant situation very professionally they secured an offer on the property, although there were some complications with the process of the sale (mainly on the buyers side) Stephanie at Williams and Donovan was always on the other end of the phone and email to answer any queries we had. She was always very polite and professional, she went above and beyond many times often doing the solicitors job !! Everybody contributed 100% to the sale of what was an estate property which attracted a considerable number of viewings. These were all attended by the professional staff of Williams & Donovan, who handled the entire process with great sensitivity. We began our property search with Williams & Donovan in February 2022. After months of searching we finally found a property and had an offer accepted in the May (not without help from Anita and Leigh!) 3 months later, we were gutted to hear the seller was no longer going through with the sale and we were back to square one. Within a couple of days, we had a call from Anita letting us know of a property that was due to come to market that she thought we would like - really appreciate the personal touch! Eventually, 2 months later we find the “one”, as recommended by Anita.
