GoogleI have had dealings with a lot of agents and agencies over the last year. Leaders Belper were streets ahead of all the rest. Gemma and Michaela went over and above to help me find my home. Michaela is the only agent to arrive on time....in fact she was there before me and I arrived 10 minutes early. Everything they promised was delivered on time and accurate. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

GoogleI took a couple of hours and drove to view an apartment. After waiting 15 minutes I called to see if they were running late. Turns out they had cancelled the appointment and forgot to contact me. Won’t be wasting my time again.

I can't recommend them highly enough: They are professional, polite and knowledgable. All of them were fantastic from the start of my interest in the property to move-in. I liked the little touch of a welcome pack with everything you need for a moving day - especially in the current climate. They take good care of tenants. This is a totally different experience for me as other companies haven’t even acknowledged my enquiry and some haven’t let me know a property isn’t available any longer and I have had to chase them up. GoogleWe needed to move to Derbyshire at short notice because of my work and although the internet does give some handy tips about where and where not to live, I have found from experience that it does take time to get a real feel for an area - and time was in short supply for us. Luckily, the team at the Leaders office in Belper provided us with all we needed to know. With their professionalism, consideration, and courtesy they identified some excellent rental properties which were within my budget, but which also met our requirements. We were very impressed by how the team supports one another, especially at this difficult time; Helen in particular made the process as straightforward as possible and it has been evident that she and her team maintain their level of care beyond moving day and into the tenancy. GoogleThe agency just care about the money, we been 3 months almost without fridge and washing machine. Cause when we just came to the property is wasn't working from the beginning. Boiler 3 months waiting for one piece that probably is coming by bike from china, we not sure. Completly unprofessionals, and even the house dirty when we move in. 3 weeks without hot water or heating when we move in, and we move on november so winter time. Of course Christmas without fridge and washing. Thanks leader to treat like that your customers!!
Hi there, we regret that you had a negative experience with us and are saddened to hear of the issues you have faced in your time at the property around repairs. I understand that since receiving your review that the Belper branch have been in contact with you to discuss this informing you that Courtney the property manager from our team at Pride Park has been attempting to reach you in order to resolve an outstanding issue at the property with the hob. For the sake of clarity when dealing with repairs we are contracted by the Landlord as managing agent to act under their instructions which means that when any issues are reported to us we relay these onto the Landlord to seek their instruction and authorisation to proceed. With the fridge repairs we did have trouble in gaining authorisation from the Landlord for these works however they were instructed to go ahead which Courtney advised you of, Courtney has mentioned that she asked that you to contact her if you did not hear from the contractor so she could chase this up for you although unfortunately as she heard nothing from you she believed these issues had been attended to. Courtney is in discussions with the Landlord around the boiler and can assure you that she is working hard to resolve this for you. I do not believe that we have acted incorrectly around these issues however would like to offer our apologies that you feel the service you have received has not been up to the high standards expected of Leaders. We hope we are able to improve your experience with us moving forward and restore some of your faith in the Leaders team. Kind Regards, Leaders
