Had a great experience with finding a rental property through Leaders. It was a team effort from Natalie, Madison and George to help us through the process and they we all very efficient to respond to any questions or issues that we had. The team were always very friendly, while talking over the phone. While we had a few technical issues through the tenancy application process, Natalie was always helpful to either resolve the issues for us or to direct us to someone who could.

We started our journey on the 5th January of looking at properties and by the 15th everything was sorted and received a move in date. Natalie and George have been the best help with this, explaining every step of the way as we are first time renters. So refreshing. Unfortunately due to bad experiences with Leaders Derby I had gone off Leaders, after liking a property with them I thought I'd give Leaders Belper a chance. Honestly I am so glad I did. I have dealt with both George and Millie and both of them have been fantastic, George carried out my viewing and it was so nice to see somebody actually care about what they do. George was very welcoming and friendly, it was a relaxed experience, he was chatty and I don't think there could have been anybody better to do the viewing. After numerous bad/awkward viewing experiences with Leaders Derby in the past, I can safely say George has changed my opinion entirely. Thank you so much to George, Millie and Leaders Belper for such a great experience I will continue to work with you. Again, thankyou.

Please avoid this letting agents at all costs. 2 years I’ve lived in my property and it’s been awful having to deal with these cowboys. I wouldn’t usually write negative reviews but after 1 year of harassment from them I have now decided to take them to a small claim court. To cut an extremely long story short, leaders send me emails, text messages, voicemails and constant harassing phone calls chasing me for rent that has already been paid!! I chase why I’m receiving all this unnecessary stressful communications all the time and I get told my account is clear and up to date and no more communications will be sent. Then a week later it starts all over again and they are back chasing me for money that’s already been paid / not due until the end of the month. This company has involved my Guarantor, embarrassing me for no reason and causing endless stress to my stepdad who has angina!! This has gone on for well over a year now and I’ve been reasonable and asked them to stop but here we are. I have been advised that this is an harassment claim. I’m hoping the landlord gets to find out how bad Leaders are and how much stress and anxiety these people cause me week in week out. On another note I had cracks in my kitchen ceiling, the ceiling started to bow, I was told it was fine. 1 month later the ceiling collapsed … I was going to claim for this as again, it was something that was reported over and over again but I was told to rest assured, it wasn’t dangerous! Please, just avoid & do some research on your letting agents before you commit. There is so much more but I’ll leave it there. Thanks and good luck!

Myself and my partners experience with Leaders has been very good. Natalie was great from the start; we were quite eager to see a property Leaders has listed on Rightmove and one phone call to Leaders and Natalie arranged a viewing with us straightaway even on the weekend! She showed us around and had all information to hand. Overall we spoke to a few other staff members at Leaders Belper who was very nice. I must admit it was a tad confusing at one point because we weren't sure who to speak to and was left in the dark on the day of the tenancy signing. But things got sorted quickly and all staff was very helpful.

Agents from Leaders made it much easier, helped through all the difficulties, showed incredible amount of patience, resolved all the issues along the way.
