Absolutely lovely and such helpful staff at both the Derby and Belper branches! This is the first time myself and my partner are moving to a rental property together and they have been so helpful and understanding through the process so far even with all my phone calls and emails asking questions! Don't use during cod times

Had almost every issue you could think off, they made an offer for the wrong house, had the wrong names of forms, never called back on time or ever did, their number goes to the Darby site half the time and they aren't very helpful too Basically a bit s, they might be a lot better when you can go in person and do everything the old fashioned way, but during covid time no thanks

Absolutely disgusted with the way my girlfriend and I have been treated during the process of aquiring a house rented through this company. We were lied to on several occasions and are now told that we can NOT have our hard earned £430 pounds back with no reason even though we did all the work for them... If anybody is considering using this company i strongly recommend going else where as these people are nothing but thieves and will almost certainly charge you a small fortune for no service at all.... SEE YOU IN COURT leaders.

I went into Leaders Belper wanting advice on buy to let properties. I haven't purchased a property yet but wanted an idea of possible rental income for a few properties. They were extremely helpful and talked me through everything without all of the usual jargon and even helped me understand rental income for properties they weren't marketing. They really helped me understand the best potential for my investment and I will definitely be using them once I've found a property. Cheers guys, i'll be in touch!

Expansion above customer service

As a landlord, I rented out a house via IMS for some years. They started as a small agency with good personal service who seemed to care about the tenants and landlords. Then they started to grow and pat themselves on the back repeatedly for winning local business awards. Customer service went out the window as they chased expansion. This culminated in me receiving my house back minus the furniture it had been let out with, and a dismissive 'Not our fault- chase the former tenants- here's a list of their names and addresses'. To make it worse, one of their employees repeatedly tried to lie his way out of the hole he was digging over all this, and a director backed him, to the point where I (successfully) took the matter to court.
