When viewing our system I can see that Rebecca Vernon has recently been communicating with you surrounding your issues. Rebecca acknowledged that the property was not in the best condition when you moved in explaining to you the reason behind this and that the property management team were unable to conduct works without first receiving the Landlords authorisation. I understand there has been some discussion around an early surrender of the Tenancy Agreement and so Rebecca has provided clarity to the process and the steps that we are taking advising that she will keep you update throughout this. I would like to offer my sincere apologies that you felt the service you received fell below the high standards expected of Leaders.
